This is my second Crosstrek and I love it. I live in the Northeast and it's the best car I've ever had for driving in snow and sleet. It also has great pickup for when I want to pass a car or for going uphills.

This is our first Subaru and we couldn’t be happier. Handles extremely well, gets about 30 mpg (average), and keeps me focused on the road. High feature car for the price. Technology galore! Fun to drive and has plenty of pep when you need it. We chose the “Sport” model for its look and inviting interior.

I bought a 6 speed manual transmission, very easy to handle and fun to drive. Roomy and comfortable inside. Nice looking hubcaps. Good storage when seats folded.

I worked online with Ricardo Mendoza for a few days via email, he was always prompt and courteous. I wasn't called multiple times a day or pressured to come in, because the car might not be there long. Ya know like you get from most dealerships. When I was able to make it in, he had the car detailed and ready in the event I purchased it. He was very friendly and helpful and worked very hard to make sure I was happy before I left, with a price I felt was reasonable. He even put my license plate holders on my new vehicle. It's simple things and the respect of my time, and no-pressure engagement that will cause me to return to Huffines. Also, when my blue link didn't work I texted him and he responded right back, saying I'd need to return, when I jokingly replied 'ugh' I gotta come back-he had the tech who handles it call me and get me set up and walked through using the app. It was handled within minutes. Kay was our salesmsn and he was the best! He showed us everything to us and keeps following up with to see if there is anything we need. I now know why the commercials are they way people say. Not only is the dealership good Kay is the BEST and will do any for you. So if you are looking for a car go look him up! You will be glad you did.

Although I bought another Make and Model used car and not a Subaru at Five Star Subaru, the sales and finance staff was very helpful during the test drive process and stayed late on a weekday evening to accommodate my work schedule. Five star service at Five Star Subaru.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Didn’t expect to leave with a car, but here we are. Tarah wasn’t pushy at all—she just laid everything out straight, answered my questions, and let me breathe. The Subaru WRX is a fantastic car, underrated and not well known. So much fun!! This is my first sports car and has a Sports mode that kicks it into overdrive. Very reasonable for a sports car. My salesman, Nathan worked with me as I didn’t have much to put down. We agreed to refinance in 3 months.
