New and used 2025 Subaru Crosstrek Limited for sale near Mentor-on-the-Lake, OH

My overall experience was very good. The service advisor was terrific and explained all services to be done. However, I did feel the price for the services that were completed was a little bit on the high side I explained this to the service advisor and he went over the repairs and what was done very carefully. I will probably return to Gantley Subaru East for future services for my vehicle.

My first car from an auto manufacturer in Japan. I really like everything about it! It's brand new - so no problems. The only thing I wish was better is that the computer takes a very long time to boot up. It's not instant when you start the car. Sometimes I have to wait to turn on the AC and other features.

Pleasant and efficient customer service. The dealership is not near my home, but it is worth the trip because of the good service. I will purchase from them again.

1st time in a Subaru so far so good only problem no sure how a long drive will go no arm rest that are comfortable on either door or center console looking into after market foam rest to make long trips comfortable!! Only had the car a month now but so far so good avg about 28 mpg !!

Immediately, upon entering the dealership, my husband and I were pleasantluly approached by Derick Calixto. He wasn't the pushy, slick type of car salesman I've been used to. He carefully listened to my wants and needs. I can honestly say, he had my best interest all the way through. So happy we found a car that fits my wants and needs and my budget. I would also like to commend the rest of the staff at Ken Ganley Subaru. They were very nice and communicative. I never felt as if things were over my head at any point of the process. So glad I went to this dealership and left being a part of the Subaru community.

My previous car became a money pit with multiple repairs needed, all costing me thousands of dollars to do repairs. It was items that were not covered under my maintenance plan. I decided to trade it in for a new vehicle. It’s nice to drive a car that can almost drive itself on the road.

Our salesperson listened to our needs and worked with us. He was new to that job, but really knew the cars and how to treat people.

Traded in a 2008 Highlander for the Base trim Crosstrek mostly because of poor experiences with Toyota dealership service and sales departments after buying four cars from them. Now we wish we had bought a Subaru years ago. The Crosstrek turned out to be much more than we expected. Performance is adequate. Mileage is awesome. And safety features are the best.

The process was quick and everyone was professional. The waiting room was roomy and quiet. The amenities were nice and the bathrooms were close by.

Came to trade in a sedan for an all wheel drive compact SUV. Kyle made the process simple, with a test drive, negotiated terms of the trade, and a short meeting with the finance manager. Great communication and care for our situation and budget. Would recommend!

This was my first time purchasing a car, and Brian was great! He was extremely knowledgeable, honest and helpful without being pushy whatsoever. Definitely recommend.

Service at Bedford is always good and definitely efficient. They say what they do and do what they say. It?s always a pleasure to have the car addressed there. And I?ve had several Subarus serviced there.

Tommy always makes it so easy to get different services at this place. The communication is fantastic and the prices are reasonable. I recommend this dealership for sure.

All went well for the oil change and tire rotation. Coming back for brake pads and rotors this week.
