New and used 2025 Subaru Crosstrek Limited for sale near Pittsfield, NH

Tried to talk to A Sales person about and Cross Treck and received poor response; none were available to look at and it was difficult to talk about a new vehicle purchase. Frankly, with the sales persons at Belknap Subaru, I wonder if they sell any at all!

My previous car became a money pit with multiple repairs needed, all costing me thousands of dollars to do repairs. It was items that were not covered under my maintenance plan. I decided to trade it in for a new vehicle. It’s nice to drive a car that can almost drive itself on the road.

The service was excellent, and quick. They updated me immediately and the whole process was very smooth. The price was even way lower than they initially quoted me for, which was an exciting surprise.

Traded in a 2008 Highlander for the Base trim Crosstrek mostly because of poor experiences with Toyota dealership service and sales departments after buying four cars from them. Now we wish we had bought a Subaru years ago. The Crosstrek turned out to be much more than we expected. Performance is adequate. Mileage is awesome. And safety features are the best.

Friendly, done in a reasonably fast manor, excellent customer service skills in the repair shop. Completely satisfied will be seeing me again.

I had a dinosaur car and finally traded in for the 2025 subaru crosstrek limited. Kinda expensive but, I feel safer driving it and the desert weather is harsh where I’m at so this car is very reliable. (4WD)

I just purchased my first ever Subaru, premium model. First month I racked up 5,000 miles. I like how it sits up high , very easy to get in & out. I've been using it diving Uber & getting ready to take it on Lake Superior Circle tour. I'm averaging 34-37. It's a little noisy on concrete pavement. Makes my F150 feel like a Cadillac . I actually like it more than I thought I would.

As always, courtesy and professionalism were omni-present. These people are friendly and are aware of what customers service is all about. I highly recommend this dealership!

I have been a Subaru owner for a number of years. I traded a 2022 WRX for the Crosstrek. The new vehicle meets my standards. Not the performance of a WRX but very smooth and comfortable.

Everything was great and quick! In and out in an hour. My service advisor is was fast and efficient sent me a video of all the work being done.

Buying a new car for the first time seemed like a stressful ordeal.While other dealerships made it feel like I was walking into Costco for cars ,Ira Subaru and their staff made me feel like I was being welcomed into the Subaru lifestyle and appropriately advised on what would suit my needs. A big draw for me was the low interest rate financing - no other car company compares, but what truly makes me satisfied with my purchase is the kind and genuine customer service I received from Phil and Rich. I know I will be in good hands when I my car needs servicing in the future and the waiting area and restrooms are comfortable and pleasant.

I have purchased more than a few new cars in my life and this was by far the best transaction. Their pleasant staff knows their stuff. The result was a great price on the new vehicle and a fair offer on the trade. I think we both were satisfied with the deal and that is the way it should be. We left the same day in a new Suburu Outback and would highly recommend this place to all.

I have owned various Ed Reilly Subaru vehicles for nearly 40 years. On the evening of Wednesday, 2/28/18, my 2014 Forester developed a noise that had been getting progressively louder during the day. It was 5:20 PM and I knew the Service Dept. at the dealership might be closed. I called on the off chance someone might still be in the Service Dept. Office. I really did not want to drive the 20 miles home on the highway. A young man named Josh answered the phone and after listening to my story immediately invited me to come in (even though I knew it was after hours). I feel he went above and beyond to help me. He took my car out for a drive and could hear the sound I was referring to. We both had wondered if it could be due to damaged wheel bearings. He offered me a "loaner car" and told me someone would look at my car the following day. I was thrilled because I really didn't want to drive home with the noise getting louder by the moment! On Thursday, he called me to tell me that it was not the wheel bearings, but some sort of cover that had slipped and was rubbing part of the wheel disk. The technicians made an adjustment and fixed it. While I was fully prepared to pay for whatever it cost to fix the problem and for the technicians' time I was told there would be no charge. (Apparently, it was a minor repair and only took a few minutes to fix.) I am so grateful to Josh and his team for putting my mind at rest on Wednesday night and for ultimately fixing the problem. He didn't need to see me on Wednesday evening when he was trying to "close up shop". This is why I have been a faithful customer of Ed Reilly Subaru for my last four cars. My service representative David Tetu had my car serviced in a timely manner, explained things in an easy to understand manner, was courteous, and knowledgeable. He greeted me when I walked in and offered help. He thanked me for my business. He’s a gem!

This is my second dealing with Tri-City Subaru dealership. 2021 I purchased a Forester, and was very pleased with the vehicle and the service and integrity of the staff. So I came back for a new vehicle. I asked for the sales person I worked with 4 years ago, and asked for him, but he has moved on to another profession. So Mike Arthur was available and I spend the next couple of hours working with him for the right vehicle, he listened and understood my wishes. Mike went above and beyond to get my business. Mike put me in the right vehicle for my needs. I never felt pressured and felt Mike was looking out for my interest, making sure I was pleased with my purchase. I did test drive a few vehicles and picked a 2025 Outback. Mike fulfilled all his problems and more. Highly recommend Mike Arthur and the whole staff at Tri-City Subaru.

I decided to look into getting a new vehicle and went to get some info. When I went to the dealership a young man named Josh approached me very politely and I immediately was able to get the info I was looking for. After going though some options that he explained to me I was able to make a better decision for not only what car I was going to get but how I wanted to purchase it . My overall experience with this dealership and Josh Brett was great and I love me new car.
