I have purchased more than a few new cars in my life and this was by far the best transaction. Their pleasant staff knows their stuff. The result was a great price on the new vehicle and a fair offer on the trade. I think we both were satisfied with the deal and that is the way it should be. We left the same day in a new Suburu Outback and would highly recommend this place to all.

My previous car became a money pit with multiple repairs needed, all costing me thousands of dollars to do repairs. It was items that were not covered under my maintenance plan. I decided to trade it in for a new vehicle. It’s nice to drive a car that can almost drive itself on the road.

Traded in a 2008 Highlander for the Base trim Crosstrek mostly because of poor experiences with Toyota dealership service and sales departments after buying four cars from them. Now we wish we had bought a Subaru years ago. The Crosstrek turned out to be much more than we expected. Performance is adequate. Mileage is awesome. And safety features are the best.

I find the service department at Tri-City Subaru to be courteous, efficient and communicative. Making an appointment is easy as is reserving a loaner. PS. I love my Crosstrek.

I had a dinosaur car and finally traded in for the 2025 subaru crosstrek limited. Kinda expensive but, I feel safer driving it and the desert weather is harsh where I’m at so this car is very reliable. (4WD)

I have owned various Ed Reilly Subaru vehicles for nearly 40 years. On the evening of Wednesday, 2/28/18, my 2014 Forester developed a noise that had been getting progressively louder during the day. It was 5:20 PM and I knew the Service Dept. at the dealership might be closed. I called on the off chance someone might still be in the Service Dept. Office. I really did not want to drive the 20 miles home on the highway. A young man named Josh answered the phone and after listening to my story immediately invited me to come in (even though I knew it was after hours). I feel he went above and beyond to help me. He took my car out for a drive and could hear the sound I was referring to. We both had wondered if it could be due to damaged wheel bearings. He offered me a "loaner car" and told me someone would look at my car the following day. I was thrilled because I really didn't want to drive home with the noise getting louder by the moment! On Thursday, he called me to tell me that it was not the wheel bearings, but some sort of cover that had slipped and was rubbing part of the wheel disk. The technicians made an adjustment and fixed it. While I was fully prepared to pay for whatever it cost to fix the problem and for the technicians' time I was told there would be no charge. (Apparently, it was a minor repair and only took a few minutes to fix.) I am so grateful to Josh and his team for putting my mind at rest on Wednesday night and for ultimately fixing the problem. He didn't need to see me on Wednesday evening when he was trying to "close up shop". This is why I have been a faithful customer of Ed Reilly Subaru for my last four cars. I just purchased my first ever Subaru, premium model. First month I racked up 5,000 miles. I like how it sits up high , very easy to get in & out. I've been using it diving Uber & getting ready to take it on Lake Superior Circle tour. I'm averaging 34-37. It's a little noisy on concrete pavement. Makes my F150 feel like a Cadillac . I actually like it more than I thought I would.

Josh and I think Chelsea made my experience every easy and stress free. I appreciate the car wash and the complementary lift ride to work

I have been a Subaru owner for a number of years. I traded a 2022 WRX for the Crosstrek. The new vehicle meets my standards. Not the performance of a WRX but very smooth and comfortable.

When I went to the dealership a young man named Josh approached me very politely and I immediately was able to get the info I was looking for. After going though some options that he explained to me I was able to make a better decision for not only what car I was going to get but how I wanted to purchase it . I live in Massachusetts and I was vacationing in New Hampshire (first vacation in a year and a half after an objectively hellish 2 years for our family) when at the end of my vacation my 2019 forester started making a God-awful noise when backing up as well as a rattling Sound on the highway. I was afraid to drive it back to mass without getting it looked at so I stopped at Ed Reilly which seemed to be the closest dealership. Despite being really busy They drove my car, listen to the noise, brought it into the shop, and pulled a rock out of my backing plate. They did not charge me. Really impressed with the care and consideration from this the ownership. If I'm ever looking for a car in the New Hampshire area definitely look here
