1st time in a Subaru so far so good only problem no sure how a long drive will go no arm rest that are comfortable on either door or center console looking into after market foam rest to make long trips comfortable!! Only had the car a month now but so far so good avg about 28 mpg !!

Traded in a 2008 Highlander for the Base trim Crosstrek mostly because of poor experiences with Toyota dealership service and sales departments after buying four cars from them. Now we wish we had bought a Subaru years ago. The Crosstrek turned out to be much more than we expected. Performance is adequate. Mileage is awesome. And safety features are the best.

I can’t tell you how much I enjoy the staff that work at Subaru. Joe is super friendly in the shop and get you in and out when he finishes with the maintenance. Ian is the leader of the office and is always positive and encouraging when you see him. He’s The sole reason for putting together an atmosphere, that carries a very positive attitude. Sales great team but services department really really bad don’t have costumer service management, rude , managers don’t have a clue of what costumer service is
