Adam is just a really nice man. There was absolutely no pressure. The transaction wasn’t the least bit stressful. They didn’t have the car I wanted in stock so they got it in on a dealer trade. I made one trip to the dealership, signed all of the paperwork, and drove home in the new car in less than an hour and a half.

This is the second Subaru I have bought from this dealer. The wife bought her Outback in 2015, and she is still in love with it. Due to physical issues, I needed a car that was easier for me to get into, decided to give the Forester a look and it was a perfect fit. I am also well pleased with the service dept and sales staff. Highly recommend Serra Subaru.

My overall experience was very good. The service advisor was terrific and explained all services to be done. However, I did feel the price for the services that were completed was a little bit on the high side I explained this to the service advisor and he went over the repairs and what was done very carefully. I will probably return to Gantley Subaru East for future services for my vehicle.

The original car we had inquired about sold before we had the chance to look at it, but we were able to find another one that we loved even more! Helped identify the vehicle I was looking for, let us test drive, worked with us to negotiate a fair price, added the options I was looking for, went through the operation of the vehicle, answered all my questions and helped me close the deal.
