In 40+ years of buying cars, this was may first experience with buying a used car from a dealer. From the moment I met the Sales Person Hussein until when I walked out the door with the keys, I felt calm and relaxed and honestly felt like these people cared and this car wasn't even a Subaru! We were traveling out of town Monday at 6:00, outside temp -3 when service engine light came on. Whet to greenwood with my x5 and the service department was closed. Landon Powers in the service department was still there. He added fluids needed and added pressure to tires outside in the cold. He did it cheerfully with no charge. Thank you Landon. I found a listing online, and followed up with the dealership. Their internet assistant, Christy, was very helpful. Sales associate Zach was AWESOME! Mike in F & I was great as well. I am thoroughly pleased with the entire process and how smoothly it went! I highly recommend Zach to assist one in their car purchase - he was honest and went the extra mile to make sure everything was in order. He was so nice he answered all of our questions to the best of his ability. Jeff was also so helpful even after we left the dealer and needed his help he always made sure I was being help. He always returned my call when I contacted him and needed help even if he couldn't help he made sure he found the right person to assist me. I would definitely recommend someone to this dealership and return again if I need to make another purchase.
