We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. When we felt unsure, he didn’t hesitate to present any option we were interested in. Chris would define the pros for us on each model. Subaru was right on target with trade in value. We were able to do all our business in one place…the Subaru dealers. We have never had a Hybrid car. Chris was so patience informing us of all details. He also spent, as much time as we needed, going over features of our car. We were very comfortable and happy with our new car. Chris is awesome at his job. He is truly an asset to the Subaru dealers. I bought a new Subie from these folks and the whole process could not have been easier! Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and efficient. I was able to arrange pretty much everything via phone/email ahead of time, and once at the dealership, very quickly I had finalized the purchase and was headed home in my new car! No surprises, no games or hidden charges, no high pressure sales. Everything was clear and very straight forward. It was definitely worth the long drive for me to go up to Denver for the purchase.

Jillian Tran provided friendly service and helped keep me informed of getting the used car fixed before buying it. And it passed the pre purchase inspection well. Schompf didn't pressure into buying anything but spent the time to do good.

I had a flat tire and they were able to repair it. I never felt pressure to get new tires, and they fixed it quickly.

I had been looking for a relatively specific Toyota Tundra and found the perfect vehicle at AutoNation Subaru West. Amanda was very quick to respond with a digital brochure and carfax for the vehicle I inquired about and their online salesperson, Tristan was prompt in responding but not pressuring me at all. After a couple of days, I committed to purchase the truck w/ a down payment on a Saturday, wired all funds the following Tuesday and the truck was shipped to me in Indianapolis the following Monday. I worked with Amanda, Tristan and their manager, Noel. They were all very professional, prompt to respond and honest as could be throughout the entire experience. Thank you!

The vehicle underwent its annual service which included new engine oil and oil filter, checked tire breaks, tire tread, wiper blades, engine fluids, battery analysis and CV joints.

Jillian was very responsive and worked hard to be fair and do her job well. Jillian is great! Our only annoyance was the long wait to pick up the car , which is minor in the scheme of things. Thank you Schomp & Jillian.

Pleasant experience purchasing the car. Didn?t feel pressured like some dealerships. They gave a very fair trade in price for our current car. Took the time to explain all the technology and answered any questions we had. They followed up after the sale to see if everything went smoothly.
