Tons of cars to choose from, and they also gave me a higher appraisal on my sunk cost trade in than two previous dealers. Excellent car buying experience. Our salesman Ryan was very knowledgeable about the car and was fair on the price,. He did not pressure us about unnecessary additions. Upon arriving home (Midland County) on Thursday I wanted to review documents. Noticed that several documents were not in envelope, contacted Ryan who called after work and said that he would take care of it Friday morning! Received a text asking for email and we sent that Friday. Overalls very satisfactory dealing with Subaru of Ann Arbor. Absolutely love the car. Very glad we purchased it. Would highly recommend this dealership.
