Bruce was great! Very attentive, responsive, honest and fair. The deal was pretty much made before I made the 1.5 hr ride to WRJ and no haggling was required. Being a late Saturday, they could not finish the deal and offered to drive the car to us. Any issues or concerns with the used vehicle we purchased was taken care of quickly and to our satisfaction. Jacqueline Griffith was absolutely lovely. She was patient and helpful without making me feel pressured. She was very knowledgeable and helpful from car features to insurance and financing questions.
