Minor warranty repair made on my 2021 Subaru Forester. Quickly made the repair at no cost and had me on my way. Have used Subaru of Little Rock for all service of the three Subarus' purchased. My buying experience was an internet sale. I live in Arizona and the car is in Nevada. My sales person, Hamid, was always quick to respond to whatever questions I had. From videos of different areas of the car to overnight documents to complete the sale. I would purchase again from this dealership.

From the minute I graced the Show Room Floor I had a Great experience. My Salesman Nathan Young seamlessly guided me thru the process of what was happening in purchasing my '26 Forester. From Test Drive to my multitude of questions he patiently answered all mu questions. Even a snack, coffee & water. He introduced me to the various Subaru personal I would be coming in contact. I chose to have Service done at this Dealership vs. one closer to my house. Thumbs UP. All employees were helpful and attentive to any needs I might have.

I have bought my last few Subarus from this dealership even though it is further from my home than at least 3 other Subaru dealers. They always seem willing to make me a nice deal on a new car, and they go above and beyond making the the process fast and convenient. Further, the sales representative with whom I worked, Reid Stanley, was accommodating, calm, not pushy, helpful and informative. Really everything one would wish for in a sales associate.

I want to also add to my review that if it wasn't for David Briggs telling me place a $500 hold on my car of interest - the 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Sport, it probably would have been sold before I made the decision purchase. I cannot thank him enough for that because this was my first experience in 15 years purchasing a car.

The service staff were very courteous and completed the inspection and repairs in a timely manner. When they promise they deliver. I would strongly recommend them.

Had a gash on front right tire. The service rep told me bring it in they looked at it and set me up with a new tire on the spot! He was the lead guy, big smile and excellent service !!

Called dealer regarding my radio screen. Appeared to have bubbling inside screen. They double checked what my issue was and come to find out, it a common issue with Subarus. Also got it covered on extended warranty.
