I personally love my 22 Crosstrac. I have the turbo engine and it has a lot of go to it. Very sturdy on the road at higher speeds. I have the Limited Edition with diamond sparkle black paint, black leather interior very sharp looking vehicle. There was a few hiccups in the beginning with a few minor leaks around the windshield which was promptly fix by the dealership. Gas mileage is great. If you have a family or intend on traveling a lot, the storage part is small other than that perfection all around.

Great service, excellent techs and great front desk service , went in for a oil change and tire rotation, service was prompt they told me it would be a wait it was no longer then 30 minutes before my car was pulled in

This car is perfect for me. It reminds me a lot of my 2002 Forester which I liked very much, but with all the new technology and a lot more pep. It also rides a lot smoother. It just so happens to be one inch longer than my Forester. So, the visibility and spacing is exactly what I want. The variable cruise control and lane control virtually drive the car by itself. I no longer get stressed driving in rush hour traffic and I no longer get tired during long drives. The ground clearance and all wheel drive make it easier to drive in snow. It's the perfect car for anyone, not just an old guy like me.

After two years, all I can say is, well done. The car has been solid. I only have 18K miles, but no complaints. It is a bit narrow, and can be a little "economical" in appearance, but not a single complaint. It is a low end car, but the ride and comfort, overall is very good. Gas mileage is always subjective, but I average 32+ MPG overall, and it is at least as good as the Camry I got out of. It has taken me through places I probably should have not ventured. It didn't complain or give me any drama, hardly missing a beat the whole way,,,, with factory AS touring tires. The AWD seems top notch. People complain about the windshield being fragile, but so far so good. They complain about engine performance too, but I have never felt like I was going to be run over or that the engine was underpowered. If you want a "Fast" car, look elsewhere. It does what it does well.

This is my second Crosstrek and I love it. I live in the Northeast and it's the best car I've ever had for driving in snow and sleet. It also has great pickup for when I want to pass a car or for going uphills.

This is our first Subaru and we couldn’t be happier. Handles extremely well, gets about 30 mpg (average), and keeps me focused on the road. High feature car for the price. Technology galore! Fun to drive and has plenty of pep when you need it. We chose the “Sport” model for its look and inviting interior.

I love this car! I had an outback previously, and knew i wanted another suburu. It's the perfect size for me! My kids are older, and I don't have to lug sports equipment and kids around anymore. The outback was great for that! It's not too small, and not too big. It's perfect!

I have a 2022 Crosstrek Limited. I think it is overall a great commuter car with average 33MPG. However, I have two issues with this vehicle 1) Seat it took small & uncomfortable if you seat for a period of time and 2) Highway wind noise is pretty loud around 70 db at 65mph.

I’ve owned my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Sport for a little over a month now and have been very happy with it. The engine provides enough pep and power to drive on highways without any issues, plenty of passing power when needed. I love the in vehicle telematics and technology features in this car as well. Apple CarPlay was a requirement in all of the vehicles I considered, and the Crosstrek really integrates this well. Interior is very comfortable and looks great, the exterior looks amazing. The added safety features that are Subaru standards are a definite plus: steering-assisted headlights, Eyesight and X-Mode all work wonderfully. Complaints? Only a couple. I do wish there was a little less plastic on the exterior cladding. I wish Subaru made the rear liftgate LED light standard equipment instead of an optional part you have to buy and install yourself (the part costs $50 and vastly improves storage area visibility at night). And while the boxer engine design is interesting, I can see it will really make DIY spark plug maintenance a real chore. Otherwise, it’s an excellent car.

Traded a Jeep Sport for a Crosstrek Sport and couldn’t be happier. On the first road trip of almost two thousand miles averaged 38 mpg at between 70-75 mph during the first six hours of driving. Performance was smooth with no issues. Very good vehicle. My 3rd Subaru and had 4 new Wranglers. Will stick with Subarus. Better build quality

I bought a 6 speed manual transmission, very easy to handle and fun to drive. Roomy and comfortable inside. Nice looking hubcaps. Good storage when seats folded.

I’ve had my 2024 Crosstrek for 11 months and I love it. Smooth ride. No frills. Not flashy. Handles slippery road conditions like a champ. The control/infotainment panel is integrated into dash which is great. However those controls occasionally lag or reset themselves, which is annoying. Still can’t connect to Starlink. Would love it if rear seats could recline at all and would like more cargo space, but I knew what I was getting. I hope to drive it for 20 years.

I love this car. It’s comfortable and gets great gas mileage. I love the Android Auto app. The sound system is perfect. I was able to get the color I wanted.

Recently purchased a new 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Premium with the 6spd. Probably one of the last 6spd made since they stopped taking orders for manuals 2 days after I ordered it. Really like the car, rides like an SUV but handles like a small car. would be nice if the seats had some adjustable lumbar support. Transmission is smooth and have been averaging right at 30mpg. Mainly bought it because I live out in the country now and need the AWD for the winters. Does not have tons a bells and whistles which is ok with me, less electronics to go bad as the years go on. Really great car would recommend.

I traded a 2018 Crosstrek for the 2022 with the 2.5 engine. I loved the 2018, but the 2.5 takes things to a new level. Being a small car, the extra HP is noticeable. The safety features, including blind spot detection, rear cross traffic alerts, all wheel drive, and front Eyesight, make me feel very confident in the car. It corners great and has a good turn radius. It's too early to tell about the 2022, but since I had no reliability issues with the 2018, I expect this one to perform just as well.

I was very pleased working with Jack. We bought an Impreza from him. During this car buying process I was frustrated with other local dealers who refused give me loan information or vehicle pricing by email, dodged my questions and tried pushing me to go to the dealership in person before talking numbers. We recently purchased a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Ultimate from Andrew Ayler at Northtown Hyundai. There is no amount of praise that can truly signify my overall satisfaction from working with Andrew. My husband and I have personally purchased over 15 new and used vehicles in the last 15 to 20 years as well as helped countless friends and family with their purchases. To say we are the go to car people in our group is not an understatement. I was also a customer service manager before I was injured in an accident so I expect a certain level of service and Andrew did not disappoint. In all my years of car buying I can honestly say I have never dealt with someone who listened to and met our expectations as Andrew did. He paid attention to the little details in what was otherwise a humorous banter conversation between my husband and I and successfully provided a car that met my expectations as far as ride and options and my husband's for year, mileage and price. To be able to give both spouses exactly what they wanted without either having to make consessions is no little feat, as any couple married for over 20 years can attest to. All I can say is in the over 20 years of car buying experiences I have had, I have never walked away completely satisfied until now. Andrew more than fulfilled his duties as our sales person. This is a great vehicle! I find it comfortable, well designed, and loaded with safety features that would cost far more in other makes of vehicle. The mileage is great, and I enjoy the stereo upgrade that came with my vehicle. The winter hasn’t proven to be a challenge-this vehicle does great even on unplowed roads. Couldn’t be happier with my Crosstrek, and I came to Subaru after owning three Ford Escapes that I really liked. I didn’t like the new body design of the Ford Escape, and decided to check out the Subaru. Glad I did!!

This is more a request than a review all in all I am very satisfied with the service and professionalism of the staff and desk personnel however I am still waiting for a reply to my inquiry about a labor charge on my recent visit on May 6, 2022 with my 2017 Forrester I had three items performed one rate for a change recommended by manufacture to front and transaxle fluid change recommended strongly by dealership number three a heat shield bolt was tightened know there was other work that was done as well I’m not sure if I was miss charged for work that was not supposed to be charged the total bill was $373.40 the Forrester was in from 7:38 AM to 10:20 AM all I am asking is what was the hourly rate for the service perform or the labor charge for each of the items performed I have sent a five page fax to the service manager and reply was not given I am still waiting for an explanation I have dealt with Northtown for many years and purchase holidays and Subarus as well as my son I’ve always been satisfied with their service and their personnel and their professionalism and I am just looking for a clarification for this labor charge I feel perhaps a mistake was made in accounting please clear this up for me and make me a continued happy customer thank you by the way the invoice on this service was 240029 date was May 6, 2022 customer number Ford 28348 hopefully you’ll be able to look into this and give me a satisfactory answer it’s really simple labor charge or hourly rate thank you once again
