I love my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek! It's great in all weather conditions, which is one of the main reasons I bought it. I live in the Buffalo area and I needed a good car for the snowy winters. It's roomy enough to hold plenty of luggage and even my dog's large crate but easy to maneuver and park. I love all the safety features and special features such as the large media display.

This car is perfect for me. It reminds me a lot of my 2002 Forester which I liked very much, but with all the new technology and a lot more pep. It also rides a lot smoother. It just so happens to be one inch longer than my Forester. So, the visibility and spacing is exactly what I want. The variable cruise control and lane control virtually drive the car by itself. I no longer get stressed driving in rush hour traffic and I no longer get tired during long drives. The ground clearance and all wheel drive make it easier to drive in snow. It's the perfect car for anyone, not just an old guy like me.

This is my second Crosstrek and I love it. I live in the Northeast and it's the best car I've ever had for driving in snow and sleet. It also has great pickup for when I want to pass a car or for going uphills.

After two years, all I can say is, well done. The car has been solid. I only have 18K miles, but no complaints. It is a bit narrow, and can be a little "economical" in appearance, but not a single complaint. It is a low end car, but the ride and comfort, overall is very good. Gas mileage is always subjective, but I average 32+ MPG overall, and it is at least as good as the Camry I got out of. It has taken me through places I probably should have not ventured. It didn't complain or give me any drama, hardly missing a beat the whole way,,,, with factory AS touring tires. The AWD seems top notch. People complain about the windshield being fragile, but so far so good. They complain about engine performance too, but I have never felt like I was going to be run over or that the engine was underpowered. If you want a "Fast" car, look elsewhere. It does what it does well.

Just days before at a different dealer, I was treated to the classic bait-and-switch when I showed up to test drive an advertised car (after calling to verify it was there first). At Subaru of Kings Auto Mall, the car was ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Peter in sales was friendly and helpful. Price was as advertised. They offered a fair value for my trade. They offered add-on services as an option, not the common hard sell. The whole process was smooth and fast; they seemed actively invested in not wasting my time, a real breath of fresh air after many contrasting experiences at other dealerships. I can see why they have such high ratings, and can certainly recommend based on my experience.

I love my crosstrek limited.I only have 2 complaints but it not really the car its my prefrence. I have always had cars that the doors locked automatically when you left it as long as you had the key.The cross trek doesnt have that and it drives me insane.I am forever forgetting to lock it by the door handle or key fob.My second complaint is it has heated everything except the steering wheel.I like that in the winter but other than that its a great car so far.I have only had it a month so Im not sure how it handles in the snow yet.

In March 2023 I was with my wife, daughter (7), and son (18) on a road trip from Michigan to Atlanta. We had a blowout while on the highway in Kentucky. After being towed to 2 tire shops who did not have the tire Joseph Cadillac (JC) in Florence was suggested. Arrived at JC at 8 a.m. on a Saturday morning. Was told by a member of the service team that the tire was not in stock. I spoke with Austin Hodke to whom I explained the desperate nature of my situation. Austin immediately recruited 2 service team members and said "I'm going to do everything in my power to help you and your family." Austin returned 10 minutes later rolling a tire. Austin explained that someone had ordered and paid for that tire 3 months prior and decided NOT to use it. They just left the tire. Austin mounted and balanced the tire and put the tire on my car. He had a team member wash the car and pull it out of the garage. All this while he stuffed my wife and kid full of snacks. After all this Austin shook my hand, and said "No charge. Hope you and the family have a great vacation." 😳😢🤗 I had to hug this man. Twice! Austin Hodke is a Saint! 😇 He was a Saint that morning, for sure! Joseph Cadillac, thank you! I bought the 2025 Crosstrek even though the gas mileage wasn't great and I am glad I did. While sticker said to expect 28-31 miles per gallon, I am getting 32-35 on the highway and definitely more than 28 in stop and go traffic. It is also a good car for older drivers like me. I didn't realize I was often outside my lane. The lane departure function has improved my driving. The Crosstrek also has a large screen for maps and apple car play, so I am not looking down to navigate. I highly recommend this car for older drivers who need the safety features and don't drive enough to make a hybrid worth the extra money.

My first car from an auto manufacturer in Japan. I really like everything about it! It's brand new - so no problems. The only thing I wish was better is that the computer takes a very long time to boot up. It's not instant when you start the car. Sometimes I have to wait to turn on the AC and other features.

Quick oil change even without an appointment. Professional check in and check out. I will come back.

I bought a 6 speed manual transmission, very easy to handle and fun to drive. Roomy and comfortable inside. Nice looking hubcaps. Good storage when seats folded.

I personally love my 22 Crosstrac. I have the turbo engine and it has a lot of go to it. Very sturdy on the road at higher speeds. I have the Limited Edition with diamond sparkle black paint, black leather interior very sharp looking vehicle. There was a few hiccups in the beginning with a few minor leaks around the windshield which was promptly fix by the dealership. Gas mileage is great. If you have a family or intend on traveling a lot, the storage part is small other than that perfection all around.

Anthony was so wonderful to work with! He was so accommodating when I went to test drive the vehicle, was timely with the back and forth communication over several days, and never tried to sell me anything that I didn't want. He completed as much of the paperwork as he could beforehand so that when we came to purchase the vehicle, we were in and out in about half an hour which was a huge help because we were coming from out of town and still had a long drive home. He even filled up the gas tank for us! We have purchased vehicles in the past from other dealerships and it has usually been a stressful and exhausting experience, especially when salespeople aggressively try to sell you things that you don't want and don't need. Well, Anthony has renewed my faith in dealerships! He was respectful, professional, and I appreciated that he listened to what I was looking for from day one. In fact, it was such a stress-fee free and hassle-free experience, when we are in the market for our next vehicle, he will be my first contact! Very pleased with the whole experience.

1st time in a Subaru so far so good only problem no sure how a long drive will go no arm rest that are comfortable on either door or center console looking into after market foam rest to make long trips comfortable!! Only had the car a month now but so far so good avg about 28 mpg !!

I had a great experience buying from Subaru of Kings Auto Mall. It was quite different from most other dealership experiences that I've had. None of the "pretend we're lowering the price by extending the term and showing a lower payment", which has happened to me so many times at dealerships. I made an offer, the offer was accepted, and that was that. Ethan was a pleasure to work with. There was one point of hard-sell on the extended warranty, but that's to be expected on an auto purchase. Overall very happy with my experience.

Recently purchased a new 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Premium with the 6spd. Probably one of the last 6spd made since they stopped taking orders for manuals 2 days after I ordered it. Really like the car, rides like an SUV but handles like a small car. would be nice if the seats had some adjustable lumbar support. Transmission is smooth and have been averaging right at 30mpg. Mainly bought it because I live out in the country now and need the AWD for the winters. Does not have tons a bells and whistles which is ok with me, less electronics to go bad as the years go on. Really great car would recommend.
