Just bought my 2025 Outback Wilderness with Antonio, and it was such a great experience! He was very kind and made sure I understood everything presented on paper and on the car. He never talked condescendingly and was very respectful and kind throughout. I bought the 2025 Crosstrek even though the gas mileage wasn't great and I am glad I did. While sticker said to expect 28-31 miles per gallon, I am getting 32-35 on the highway and definitely more than 28 in stop and go traffic. It is also a good car for older drivers like me. I didn't realize I was often outside my lane. The lane departure function has improved my driving. The Crosstrek also has a large screen for maps and apple car play, so I am not looking down to navigate. I highly recommend this car for older drivers who need the safety features and don't drive enough to make a hybrid worth the extra money.

Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

My first car from an auto manufacturer in Japan. I really like everything about it! It's brand new - so no problems. The only thing I wish was better is that the computer takes a very long time to boot up. It's not instant when you start the car. Sometimes I have to wait to turn on the AC and other features.

1st time in a Subaru so far so good only problem no sure how a long drive will go no arm rest that are comfortable on either door or center console looking into after market foam rest to make long trips comfortable!! Only had the car a month now but so far so good avg about 28 mpg !!

Traded in a 2008 Highlander for the Base trim Crosstrek mostly because of poor experiences with Toyota dealership service and sales departments after buying four cars from them. Now we wish we had bought a Subaru years ago. The Crosstrek turned out to be much more than we expected. Performance is adequate. Mileage is awesome. And safety features are the best.

I love my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek! It's great in all weather conditions, which is one of the main reasons I bought it. I live in the Buffalo area and I needed a good car for the snowy winters. It's roomy enough to hold plenty of luggage and even my dog's large crate but easy to maneuver and park. I love all the safety features and special features such as the large media display.

After two years, all I can say is, well done. The car has been solid. I only have 18K miles, but no complaints. It is a bit narrow, and can be a little "economical" in appearance, but not a single complaint. It is a low end car, but the ride and comfort, overall is very good. Gas mileage is always subjective, but I average 32+ MPG overall, and it is at least as good as the Camry I got out of. It has taken me through places I probably should have not ventured. It didn't complain or give me any drama, hardly missing a beat the whole way,,,, with factory AS touring tires. The AWD seems top notch. People complain about the windshield being fragile, but so far so good. They complain about engine performance too, but I have never felt like I was going to be run over or that the engine was underpowered. If you want a "Fast" car, look elsewhere. It does what it does well.

5 Star Experience. First time used car buyer, and out of state, so doing everything virtually and was understandably a little nervous about the whole process. Great experience working with Dave, upfront and transparent about the rebuilt title from the onset. Provided context, photos, autocheck reports to evaluate and diligence. Very easy to arrange a 3rd party inspection, lots of nearby garages and was done in a day. Pricing and terms were much simpler, transparent and way more competitive than any of the new car dealerships I spoke with. Would definitely recommend to friend and will be back for our next car as well.
