I personally love my 22 Crosstrac. I have the turbo engine and it has a lot of go to it. Very sturdy on the road at higher speeds. I have the Limited Edition with diamond sparkle black paint, black leather interior very sharp looking vehicle. There was a few hiccups in the beginning with a few minor leaks around the windshield which was promptly fix by the dealership. Gas mileage is great. If you have a family or intend on traveling a lot, the storage part is small other than that perfection all around.

I was very pleased working with Jack. We bought an Impreza from him. During this car buying process I was frustrated with other local dealers who refused give me loan information or vehicle pricing by email, dodged my questions and tried pushing me to go to the dealership in person before talking numbers. Jack understood where I was coming from and gave me the information I asked for over email without playing any games. I love my crosstrek limited.I only have 2 complaints but it not really the car its my prefrence. I have always had cars that the doors locked automatically when you left it as long as you had the key.The cross trek doesnt have that and it drives me insane.I am forever forgetting to lock it by the door handle or key fob.My second complaint is it has heated everything except the steering wheel.I like that in the winter but other than that its a great car so far.I have only had it a month so Im not sure how it handles in the snow yet.

We recently purchased a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Ultimate from Andrew Ayler at Northtown Hyundai. There is no amount of praise that can truly signify my overall satisfaction from working with Andrew. My husband and I have personally purchased over 15 new and used vehicles in the last 15 to 20 years as well as helped countless friends and family with their purchases. To say we are the go to car people in our group is not an understatement. I was also a customer service manager before I was injured in an accident so I expect a certain level of service and Andrew did not disappoint. In all my years of car buying I can honestly say I have never dealt with someone who listened to and met our expectations as Andrew did. He paid attention to the little details in what was otherwise a humorous banter conversation between my husband and I and successfully provided a car that met my expectations as far as ride and options and my husband's for year, mileage and price. To be able to give both spouses exactly what they wanted without either having to make consessions is no little feat, as any couple married for over 20 years can attest to. All I can say is in the over 20 years of car buying experiences I have had, I have never walked away completely satisfied until now. Andrew more than fulfilled his duties as our sales person. I will happily recommend him to anyone that asks.

I bought the 2025 Crosstrek even though the gas mileage wasn't great and I am glad I did. While sticker said to expect 28-31 miles per gallon, I am getting 32-35 on the highway and definitely more than 28 in stop and go traffic. It is also a good car for older drivers like me. I didn't realize I was often outside my lane. The lane departure function has improved my driving. The Crosstrek also has a large screen for maps and apple car play, so I am not looking down to navigate. I highly recommend this car for older drivers who need the safety features and don't drive enough to make a hybrid worth the extra money.

This is more a request than a review all in all I am very satisfied with the service and professionalism of the staff and desk personnel however I am still waiting for a reply to my inquiry about a labor charge on my recent visit on May 6, 2022 with my 2017 Forrester I had three items performed one rate for a change recommended by manufacture to front and transaxle fluid change recommended strongly by dealership number three a heat shield bolt was tightened know there was other work that was done as well I’m not sure if I was miss charged for work that was not supposed to be charged the total bill was $373.40 the Forrester was in from 7:38 AM to 10:20 AM all I am asking is what was the hourly rate for the service perform or the labor charge for each of the items performed I have sent a five page fax to the service manager and reply was not given I am still waiting for an explanation I have dealt with Northtown for many years and purchase holidays and Subarus as well as my son I’ve always been satisfied with their service and their personnel and their professionalism and I am just looking for a clarification for this labor charge I feel perhaps a mistake was made in accounting please clear this up for me and make me a continued happy customer thank you by the way the invoice on this service was 240029 date was May 6, 2022 customer number Ford 28348 hopefully you’ll be able to look into this and give me a satisfactory answer it’s really simple labor charge or hourly rate thank you once again

My first car from an auto manufacturer in Japan. I really like everything about it! It's brand new - so no problems. The only thing I wish was better is that the computer takes a very long time to boot up. It's not instant when you start the car. Sometimes I have to wait to turn on the AC and other features.

I picked up my 2025 Suburu Forester today at Northtown. My salesperson Amani Elbanna was absolutely outstanding! This is my second Crosstrek and I love it. I live in the Northeast and it's the best car I've ever had for driving in snow and sleet. It also has great pickup for when I want to pass a car or for going uphills.

Fun to drive and has plenty of pep when you need it. We chose the “Sport” model for its look and inviting interior.

I love my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek! It's great in all weather conditions, which is one of the main reasons I bought it. I live in the Buffalo area and I needed a good car for the snowy winters. It's roomy enough to hold plenty of luggage and even my dog's large crate but easy to maneuver and park. I love all the safety features and special features such as the large media display.

I bought a 6 speed manual transmission, very easy to handle and fun to drive. Roomy and comfortable inside. Nice looking hubcaps. Good storage when seats folded.
