Over all great experience (again) this was the 3rd or 4th car purchased with them and we will be using them when we decide to trade ours in. Absolutely loved working with Lamar. He listens and gets you what you want and doesn’t try to put you in something you don’t like and will try everything possible to keep you in your budget and price range. We will continue to use him for future vehicles

My previous car became a money pit with multiple repairs needed, all costing me thousands of dollars to do repairs. It was items that were not covered under my maintenance plan. I decided to trade it in for a new vehicle. It’s nice to drive a car that can almost drive itself on the road.

Everyone was very professional and helpful. Had looked, read reviews on cars, and looked at histories, for several months on line. Visited several lots encountered a couple that I did not trust to stand behind their cars. But felt comfortable with Cleveland Fords dependability. BUT did not like that they told me one price only to go in and sign paperwork to find out they tacked on almost $1,400 for a package they put on all used cars. They did remove so bought car and very happy with it.

I own several American cars in the past and I'll never buy another American car again after buying this Subaru. I feel a lot safer and a lot more comfortable in the Subaru Crosstrek than I ever felt in any American car built that I ever drove

This car is perfect for me. It reminds me a lot of my 2002 Forester which I liked very much, but with all the new technology and a lot more pep. It also rides a lot smoother. It just so happens to be one inch longer than my Forester. So, the visibility and spacing is exactly what I want. The variable cruise control and lane control virtually drive the car by itself. I no longer get stressed driving in rush hour traffic and I no longer get tired during long drives. The ground clearance and all wheel drive make it easier to drive in snow. It's the perfect car for anyone, not just an old guy like me.

I personally love my 22 Crosstrac. I have the turbo engine and it has a lot of go to it. Very sturdy on the road at higher speeds. I have the Limited Edition with diamond sparkle black paint, black leather interior very sharp looking vehicle. There was a few hiccups in the beginning with a few minor leaks around the windshield which was promptly fix by the dealership. Gas mileage is great. If you have a family or intend on traveling a lot, the storage part is small other than that perfection all around.

This is my second Crosstrek and I love it. I live in the Northeast and it's the best car I've ever had for driving in snow and sleet. It also has great pickup for when I want to pass a car or for going uphills.

I have a 2022 Crosstrek Limited. I think it is overall a great commuter car with average 33MPG. However, I have two issues with this vehicle 1) Seat it took small & uncomfortable if you seat for a period of time and 2) Highway wind noise is pretty loud around 70 db at 65mph.

I originally bought the Car Max warranty when I made my purchase 3 years ago. The $250 deductible was hard to swallow but it was there when I needed it. Thank you Zach for great customer care. He stood behind the warranty and gave us a loaner while our car was serviced.

This is our first Subaru and we couldn’t be happier. Handles extremely well, gets about 30 mpg (average), and keeps me focused on the road. High feature car for the price. Technology galore! Fun to drive and has plenty of pep when you need it. We chose the “Sport” model for its look and inviting interior.

As a long time Chevrolet owner my first Impala was a 1968 2 dr notch roof which i brought from New Jersey. The second one was a 2008 four door that we bought from Prestiege and was a great vehicle with no issues and we had it for eleven years. Now we purchased this spectacular 2016 Impala that has all the bells and whistles and we love it as well. I inherited the 2019 Subaru Crosstrek Limited from my wife. She ended up getting another Forester. Needless to say, I never picked this car for myself. However, the Subaru Brand and this Crosstrek has won me over. The AWD system works perfectly in the snowy Northern New York climate. With dedicated winter tires, I have complete confidence in my ability to keep it through the worst Lake Effect snow. The ground clearance allows me to drive easily on unloved roads with ease. I don't use X-Mode often, but it does help for going uphill on snowy roads or times when the snow is pretty deep. I've never been stuck or stranded with this car. The power train is adequate enough for highway and secondary roads. There are times when merging or attempting to pass, where I wished it had more power. (Drove a loaner 2020 Limited with the 2.5L, that is the perfect power train for the Crosstrek) I have never had any issues with the CVT transmission, but it does take some getting used to. The interior is fine. The gauges, screens and buttons are laid out well. I can find everything with ease and non of the buttons are in odd places. The factory speakers are lacking, but this model doesn't not have the upgraded stero option. Andriod auto works well. Seats are comfortable but do not have much lumbar support. Bolstered well and the headrest has a big range of adjustments. At 70k, I noticed the first crack in the synthetic leather bolster. The Limited trim is equipped with LED headlamps and they are truly fantastic. I rarely find myself using the hi-beams. The turning headlamps are very helpful with visibility when turning. Excellent all around. Eyesight and adaptive cruise works well and I have never had any issues. Only minor hiccups when snow, rain, fog or very bright oncoming light will trip Eyesight off. After a minute, it turns itself on. Overall this car is everything I needed and I never knew it. Reliable, fuell efficient, capable in snow and light off-road situations. It had enough utility space for anything I have ever hauled. Truly impressed with this little car. I plan on keeping it for the long haul. You won't be disappointed.

I bought a used car from them. When I was driving it home, something popped in the engine. Car started running bad. When got home I called them and they sent a wrecker to pick it up. They keep it till its was fixed. I wish I could give them 150% for being the best dealership I've ever been too. Thank you

Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

I drive a long way past the closest dealer just to use ToCleveland due to their consistently high quality service experience. I am very glad I found them.

I bought a 6 speed manual transmission, very easy to handle and fun to drive. Roomy and comfortable inside. Nice looking hubcaps. Good storage when seats folded.

The reason I came to this dealership was the Sales Manager Aj Rice. We called in to speak to an associate about a new Tacoma for my family. We ended up getting transferred to Aj I believe on accident. Which was the best thing to happen to us. He introduced himself as the new car sales manager and said it would be a problem he would be beyond happy to help us. We told him what we were looking for and he informed us he had the perfect truck. I told Him we lived in Johnson city and that it would be a long drive for us to make it to Chattanooga. He informed us that he would make this the easiest and most transparent process of purchasing a car we have ever experienced. Man was he right! He took our information down and said to bear with him for a few mins. Next thing I know within 20mins he had taken pics of the car and a complete walk around of the truck and demonstrated the key features on a video. He then called us shortly after to follow up and make sure my husband and I received the pictures and videos. We were so elated with the how he handled the entire situation we decide to make the 3hr plus commute just because of the process A.J. the manager did for us. But it doesn’t stop there. We schedule to come in a Saturday and have a time. He then told us to ask for himself or a sales associate he was going to put us with to finish the paper work. We arrived and as I expected they were busy and that sales person he wanted us to finish up the paper work with. So A.J. went above and beyond again and greeted us and told him to give him a few mins bc that sales person was busy. He came back up mins later and said to follow him and brought us into his office. He informed us he knew we had made a long drive to come see us and did not want us to wait. And he proceed to do all of our paper work himself so we could get done quick. He even had our truck cleaned up and filled with gas waiting for us! I just have to say I have bought tons of cars and have never had a manager of a dealership go above and beyond for us before every. I will from now on always recommend anyone in the tri cities to make the drive to Capital Toyota for the experience to see the manager A.J. or anyone else outside of the area or in the local aera to see him at Capital.

I love this car! I had an outback previously, and knew i wanted another suburu. It's the perfect size for me! My kids are older, and I don't have to lug sports equipment and kids around anymore. The outback was great for that! It's not too small, and not too big. It's perfect!

I love my Tucson. I've had no bad experiences with Tootie the Tucson. Minor problems are repaired as soon as the problems are presented. I take my breakfast to the service center and settle down until my car is ready. I seldom wait long.

After two years, all I can say is, well done. The car has been solid. I only have 18K miles, but no complaints. It is a bit narrow, and can be a little "economical" in appearance, but not a single complaint. It is a low end car, but the ride and comfort, overall is very good. Gas mileage is always subjective, but I average 32+ MPG overall, and it is at least as good as the Camry I got out of. It has taken me through places I probably should have not ventured. It didn't complain or give me any drama, hardly missing a beat the whole way,,,, with factory AS touring tires. The AWD seems top notch. People complain about the windshield being fragile, but so far so good. They complain about engine performance too, but I have never felt like I was going to be run over or that the engine was underpowered. If you want a "Fast" car, look elsewhere. It does what it does well.

I’ve owned my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Sport for a little over a month now and have been very happy with it. The engine provides enough pep and power to drive on highways without any issues, plenty of passing power when needed. I love the in vehicle telematics and technology features in this car as well. Apple CarPlay was a requirement in all of the vehicles I considered, and the Crosstrek really integrates this well. Interior is very comfortable and looks great, the exterior looks amazing. The added safety features that are Subaru standards are a definite plus: steering-assisted headlights, Eyesight and X-Mode all work wonderfully. Complaints? Only a couple. I do wish there was a little less plastic on the exterior cladding. I wish Subaru made the rear liftgate LED light standard equipment instead of an optional part you have to buy and install yourself (the part costs $50 and vastly improves storage area visibility at night). And while the boxer engine design is interesting, I can see it will really make DIY spark plug maintenance a real chore. Otherwise, it’s an excellent car.

Hannah Gentry did an incredible job in helping me obtain my Subaru Crosstrek. Her enthusiasm and confidence inspired me. I was not as confident I would get the vehicle but she was already having it detailed before the deal was done. She did an extraordinary job getting the deal for me. I only had one issue and it had nothing to do with her. Unfortunately I feel the detail shop did a poor job. I will have to go elsewhere to get this fantastic car looking even better. I’ve had my 2024 Crosstrek for 11 months and I love it. Smooth ride. No frills. Not flashy. Handles slippery road conditions like a champ. The control/infotainment panel is integrated into dash which is great. However those controls occasionally lag or reset themselves, which is annoying. Still can’t connect to Starlink. Would love it if rear seats could recline at all and would like more cargo space, but I knew what I was getting. I hope to drive it for 20 years.

Working with the associates is excellent. They know their jobs, and work very well with me. I would recommend, if anyone has vehicle needs, go to Toyota of Cleveland.

Traded a Jeep Sport for a Crosstrek Sport and couldn’t be happier. On the first road trip of almost two thousand miles averaged 38 mpg at between 70-75 mph during the first six hours of driving. Performance was smooth with no issues. Very good vehicle. My 3rd Subaru and had 4 new Wranglers. Will stick with Subarus. Better build quality
