I enjoyed my test drive experience and the staff was attentive. However, the rep who worked with me and my boyfriend insisted on accompanying us on the test drive. No other rep had joined us at other lots, either private or dealership, so it seemed like more pressure and less privacy. We also had to tell the dealer that we’d meet him inside after talking privately. Again, pressure. That, plus no acknowledgement of the need for cosmetic repairs—duct tape under the seat, a hole worn through the driver’s car mat—made it fairly easy to walk away from a decent car.

My first Subaru and I love it. Drives wonderful and is just perfect ❤️❤️. Handles with ease and very comfortable. So very happy with this one

I inherited the 2019 Subaru Crosstrek Limited from my wife. She ended up getting another Forester. Needless to say, I never picked this car for myself. However, the Subaru Brand and this Crosstrek has won me over. The AWD system works perfectly in the snowy Northern New York climate. With dedicated winter tires, I have complete confidence in my ability to keep it through the worst Lake Effect snow. The ground clearance allows me to drive easily on unloved roads with ease. I don't use X-Mode often, but it does help for going uphill on snowy roads or times when the snow is pretty deep. I've never been stuck or stranded with this car. The power train is adequate enough for highway and secondary roads. There are times when merging or attempting to pass, where I wished it had more power. (Drove a loaner 2020 Limited with the 2.5L, that is the perfect power train for the Crosstrek) I have never had any issues with the CVT transmission, but it does take some getting used to. The interior is fine. The gauges, screens and buttons are laid out well. I can find everything with ease and non of the buttons are in odd places. The factory speakers are lacking, but this model doesn't not have the upgraded stero option. Andriod auto works well. Seats are comfortable but do not have much lumbar support. Bolstered well and the headrest has a big range of adjustments. At 70k, I noticed the first crack in the synthetic leather bolster. The Limited trim is equipped with LED headlamps and they are truly fantastic. I rarely find myself using the hi-beams. The turning headlamps are very helpful with visibility when turning. Excellent all around. Eyesight and adaptive cruise works well and I have never had any issues. Only minor hiccups when snow, rain, fog or very bright oncoming light will trip Eyesight off. After a minute, it turns itself on. Overall this car is everything I needed and I never knew it. Reliable, fuell efficient, capable in snow and light off-road situations. It had enough utility space for anything I have ever hauled. Truly impressed with this little car. I plan on keeping it for the long haul. You won't be disappointed.

My my experience was good. However it was a long way for me to go look at a car. That’s why I didn’t go.

My previous car became a money pit with multiple repairs needed, all costing me thousands of dollars to do repairs. It was items that were not covered under my maintenance plan. I decided to trade it in for a new vehicle. It’s nice to drive a car that can almost drive itself on the road.

Very happy with the staff. They were straightforward, honest, and my car buying experience was hassle free. My sales rep quoted me an upfront price and communicated all additional fees as well. I was given a fair amount for my trade.

Traded in a 2008 Highlander for the Base trim Crosstrek mostly because of poor experiences with Toyota dealership service and sales departments after buying four cars from them. Now we wish we had bought a Subaru years ago. The Crosstrek turned out to be much more than we expected. Performance is adequate. Mileage is awesome. And safety features are the best.

I had a dinosaur car and finally traded in for the 2025 subaru crosstrek limited. Kinda expensive but, I feel safer driving it and the desert weather is harsh where I’m at so this car is very reliable. (4WD)

Overall, I had a good experience with Auto Expo. I scheduled a test drive the day prior, and they had the car waiting out front for me when I got there. After the test drive, I was allowed to make a thorough inspection of the car and Abraham answered all of my questions and critiques on the car. I pointed out some issues with the car--for example, the trunk cargo mat was gone--and they proceeded to fix the issues where possible. The lot and the office are both small and cramped. Parking and moving around felt a bit awkward, and there was clutter that needs to go. In the end though, that's not a big deal though, as I care most about the car and the price I'm paying for it. Speaking of price, negotiations with Auto Expo were the most cordial of the places I visited that day, which was appreciated given how all negotiations are at least a little bit awkward. Again, I had a positive experience.

I own several American cars in the past and I'll never buy another American car again after buying this Subaru. I feel a lot safer and a lot more comfortable in the Subaru Crosstrek than I ever felt in any American car built that I ever drove

Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

This vehicle meets all of our needs and then some. It’s gas efficient at 34 miles to the gallon, plenty of leg room, fully loaded with headed seats and great sound system. Love the little details like alloy wheels and sunroof included. We do a lot of outdoor activity - so the all wheel drive and good space capability is a plus. Love Subaru’s .... drives super smooth and is very comfortable for long trips ! Wouldn’t want any other vehicle. Great visibility and feels safe and secure while on the road !

I love my car. Absolutely love it. When it snowed 14 in. I didn't miss one day of work. I get great gas mileage too.

We were shopping online for a second car. We found one that we liked at Nova Cars. We live about 4 hours away so we had a lot of questions. Michael, the owner was very helpful in making our decision to come test drive the car. The experience was very comfortable, no pressure and no big sales pitch. There was one thing we didn't see in the pictures, Gerardo our sales representative, helped us with that and the conclusion was very fair! We also had a small problem on the way home and they took care of that too. The deal was exactly what we were told plus they took care of us after the sale, they didn't have to do anything. This is my second Subaru. I had a 2005 Forester for 9 years before purchasing this in October of 2020. So far, it is great. The technology is easy to use and helpful. It is comfortable, has great storage, and runs like a champ.

I personally love my 22 Crosstrac. I have the turbo engine and it has a lot of go to it. Very sturdy on the road at higher speeds. I have the Limited Edition with diamond sparkle black paint, black leather interior very sharp looking vehicle. There was a few hiccups in the beginning with a few minor leaks around the windshield which was promptly fix by the dealership. Gas mileage is great. If you have a family or intend on traveling a lot, the storage part is small other than that perfection all around.

There was none of the usual (lousy) back and forth, playing games; everything was straightforward with no surprises, no hidden fees, no bait and switch like I've seen at other dealers. I greatly value that. I started on their website looking at one particular vehicle and David answered on chat when I indicated an interest. Before I got too invested he volunteered that there was minor damage on the vehicle that didn't show on pictures. Other dealers would have not said anything and let me come in (a decent drive away) to try to sell me on something else, but David didn't do that bait and switch so I really appreciated that. He had other similar vehicles in stock so I decided to come on in anyways. When I arrived, the vehicle was not only already ready to go, they had put it through their detailing process right before I arrived. David encouraged me to take a longer test drive, and I was able to get a feel for the vehicle in a low pressure situation. He drove with me on my request and was very patient in answering my questions about the car and the dealership. We worked together to find a good deal that benefited both of us and I walked away very happy; I hope David and Ourisman did too. I really appreciate that when we finally started talking numbers, there wasn't that constant back and forth "let me bring it to my manager" dance. It was a very fast turnaround on price negotiation and I'm glad we didn't have any wasted time. Finalizing the deal went smoothly without problems. We've had the car now for a week and it's been great. As I said it's been one of the best buying experiences I've had. A+, highly recommend, would go again. I bought this car because it is a good commuter for me and will be perfect for my daughter in 4 years. So far, I find it fun and easy to drive without any issues. For such a small car it has lots of space in the back for baseball gear and luggage. My family of 5 fits fine in there, even though my youngest is only 5 and uses a booster seat. Love the orange color!

This is an update from a previous one star review. I made an appointment for the Quick Lane service. My appointment was at 7:30 AM. When I arrived the service man behind the desk greeted me and took care of everything. Very professional and prompt. I was only there for an hour and everything went very well. I had a previous review with a different experience. I think that experience was a result of a full moon. For now on I'll always make an appointment. I couldn't ask for better service!

I love this car. It’s comfortable and gets great gas mileage. I love the Android Auto app. The sound system is perfect. I was able to get the color I wanted.

I just purchased my first ever Subaru, premium model. First month I racked up 5,000 miles. I like how it sits up high , very easy to get in & out. I've been using it diving Uber & getting ready to take it on Lake Superior Circle tour. I'm averaging 34-37. It's a little noisy on concrete pavement. Makes my F150 feel like a Cadillac . I actually like it more than I thought I would.

Eric was great, as usual. This was my 3rd new vehicle through him and I also sent a co-worker in who purchased too. The issue is not with the sales team, it’s with the finance dept. I am still waiting on resolution for an extended warranty I purchased with my new car last month. Shockingly the $$$mistake is in the dealers favor. 2 emails ghosted and no credit back to either my loan principal or my credit card. My suggestion is to just purchase the vehicle there and decline EVERYTHING the finance department offers then run out the door. Sales gets a 5, Finance dept 1 1/2. I will give them the rest of this week to keep up there end of the contract before I envolve corporate.

I love this car! I had an outback previously, and knew i wanted another suburu. It's the perfect size for me! My kids are older, and I don't have to lug sports equipment and kids around anymore. The outback was great for that! It's not too small, and not too big. It's perfect!

I have been a Subaru owner for a number of years. I traded a 2022 WRX for the Crosstrek. The new vehicle meets my standards. Not the performance of a WRX but very smooth and comfortable.
