Their Cars are "AS IS" so when you drive off its all on you. The 30 day return document is a formality that will not be honored. 4️⃣ Review the Financing Terms – They Explained that none of their advertised EV cars get the discount it is just a way to get people through the door but they explained my financing options, including interest rates, monthly payments, and any potential hidden fees, so there were no surprises. You will be told you can refinance your car later by their finance guy but Nas let me know chances are slim since their cars have a salvage title. 5️⃣ Take a Thorough Test Drive – Instead of a quick spin, they encouraged me to test the car under different road conditions to make sure it felt right. Additional Important Steps They Advised: 🔴 No Returns Policy – Once you sign, the car is yours. They emphasized doing all research beforehand, getting an inspection, and making sure I was 100% confident before committing. 🔴 Salvage Title Considerations – Many of their vehicles have salvage titles, which means: Insurance rates will likely be higher, and some insurance companies won’t cover salvage vehicles at all—so check before buying. Resale and trade-in value will be lower, and some dealerships won’t take salvage vehicles. Many banks won’t finance salvage titles, so you may need to pay in cash or use a lender that specializes in these purchases. 🔴 Check the Vehicle’s Value with Other Dealers – One of the best tips the manager gave me was to take the VIN numbers of the cars I was interested in and check with other dealerships to see what they would pay for it. After two years, all I can say is, well done. The car has been solid. I only have 18K miles, but no complaints. It is a bit narrow, and can be a little "economical" in appearance, but not a single complaint. It is a low end car, but the ride and comfort, overall is very good. Gas mileage is always subjective, but I average 32+ MPG overall, and it is at least as good as the Camry I got out of. It has taken me through places I probably should have not ventured. It didn't complain or give me any drama, hardly missing a beat the whole way,,,, with factory AS touring tires. The AWD seems top notch. People complain about the windshield being fragile, but so far so good. They complain about engine performance too, but I have never felt like I was going to be run over or that the engine was underpowered. If you want a "Fast" car, look elsewhere. It does what it does well.

Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

I love my car. Absolutely love it. When it snowed 14 in. I didn't miss one day of work. I get great gas mileage too.

I lived my experience at sheehy Honda my sale member was Nicolas his is a great sales man he was kind polite and very respectful I had almost all my kids with me they were very active to say and he helped me with them he gave them papers to draw on and was very patient with me he answered all my questions and helped me with my car he sold me a very nice 2014 Honda odyssey with 66,000 miles I really like my car!!! Also all the staff was very kind and patient with me and the children over all it was a great experience I drove down from Baltimore Md and I was able to take the new car home and leave the car I came with and pick It up the next day they are very helpful as of now I have brought it there for maintenance that process as been great so far thank you sheehy Honda for my new Honda odyssey and Nicolas for such a great experience!!

This car is perfect for me. It reminds me a lot of my 2002 Forester which I liked very much, but with all the new technology and a lot more pep. It also rides a lot smoother. It just so happens to be one inch longer than my Forester. So, the visibility and spacing is exactly what I want. The variable cruise control and lane control virtually drive the car by itself. I no longer get stressed driving in rush hour traffic and I no longer get tired during long drives. The ground clearance and all wheel drive make it easier to drive in snow. It's the perfect car for anyone, not just an old guy like me.

Eric was great, as usual. This was my 3rd new vehicle through him and I also sent a co-worker in who purchased too. The issue is not with the sales team, it’s with the finance dept. I am still waiting on resolution for an extended warranty I purchased with my new car last month. Shockingly the $$$mistake is in the dealers favor. 2 emails ghosted and no credit back to either my loan principal or my credit card. My suggestion is to just purchase the vehicle there and decline EVERYTHING the finance department offers then run out the door. Sales gets a 5, Finance dept 1 1/2. I will give them the rest of this week to keep up there end of the contract before I envolve corporate.

I have a 2022 Crosstrek Limited. I think it is overall a great commuter car with average 33MPG. However, I have two issues with this vehicle 1) Seat it took small & uncomfortable if you seat for a period of time and 2) Highway wind noise is pretty loud around 70 db at 65mph.

I took my Toyota highlander for an issue it had. Josh, helped us out and took care of the problem, he was profesional and very helpful. He also Kept us updated through out the process. My husband and i are very happy with the results!

I’ve owned my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek touring 2.0L 6 speed manual for just over 2 years now. It’s been a great vehicle. Very reliable. Could be a bit better on fuel but I’ve heard the CVT does get better fuel economy. I’d recommend this vehicle for sure. No regrets buying my Crosstrek.

Traded a Jeep Sport for a Crosstrek Sport and couldn’t be happier. On the first road trip of almost two thousand miles averaged 38 mpg at between 70-75 mph during the first six hours of driving. Performance was smooth with no issues. Very good vehicle. My 3rd Subaru and had 4 new Wranglers. Will stick with Subarus. Better build quality

I bought this car because I live in the mountains and needed a car with the most clearance for driving in snowy conditions. It's easy and comfortable to drive. I love the interactive cruise control and Eyesight. I love the styling and color. This is my first Subaru, and will never buy anything but a Subaru again. The service department at the dealership is awesome.

We just purchased a new Acura Integra from Yong Kim at Pohanka Acura. This is the second Acura we purchased from Yong because he goes out of his way to make it an A+ overall experience. We really enjoyed catching up with Yong since the previous Acura purchase a few years ago. Yong provides excellent communication, straightforward pricing and no pressure. This is my second Crosstrek and I love it. I live in the Northeast and it's the best car I've ever had for driving in snow and sleet. It also has great pickup for when I want to pass a car or for going uphills.

I inherited the 2019 Subaru Crosstrek Limited from my wife. She ended up getting another Forester. Needless to say, I never picked this car for myself. However, the Subaru Brand and this Crosstrek has won me over. The AWD system works perfectly in the snowy Northern New York climate. With dedicated winter tires, I have complete confidence in my ability to keep it through the worst Lake Effect snow. The ground clearance allows me to drive easily on unloved roads with ease. I don't use X-Mode often, but it does help for going uphill on snowy roads or times when the snow is pretty deep. I've never been stuck or stranded with this car. The power train is adequate enough for highway and secondary roads. There are times when merging or attempting to pass, where I wished it had more power. (Drove a loaner 2020 Limited with the 2.5L, that is the perfect power train for the Crosstrek) I have never had any issues with the CVT transmission, but it does take some getting used to. The interior is fine. The gauges, screens and buttons are laid out well. I can find everything with ease and non of the buttons are in odd places. The factory speakers are lacking, but this model doesn't not have the upgraded stero option. Andriod auto works well. Seats are comfortable but do not have much lumbar support. Bolstered well and the headrest has a big range of adjustments. At 70k, I noticed the first crack in the synthetic leather bolster. The Limited trim is equipped with LED headlamps and they are truly fantastic. I rarely find myself using the hi-beams. The turning headlamps are very helpful with visibility when turning. Excellent all around. Eyesight and adaptive cruise works well and I have never had any issues. Only minor hiccups when snow, rain, fog or very bright oncoming light will trip Eyesight off. After a minute, it turns itself on. Overall this car is everything I needed and I never knew it. Reliable, fuell efficient, capable in snow and light off-road situations. It had enough utility space for anything I have ever hauled. Truly impressed with this little car. I plan on keeping it for the long haul. You won't be disappointed.

The CX-90 is our 3rd Mazda purchase. We've been owners since 1995, starting with the Mazda Protégé, and had our eye on the new 2025 CX-90 SUV since last year. The Safford Brown staff was welcoming and professional, and our sales rep, Joshua Cruz allowed us to take our time to look around, and really listened to our desires and never felt rushed or pressured to buy. (We even left and came back a couple of weeks later!) We weren't exactly sure of what color, and type of package etc., but Josh was patient, and very informative about each series, which aided in our decision-making. This proud Mazda owner is very satisfied with our purchase, car performance and the staff at Safford-Brown Mazda!!! 5 stars!!!

I had purchased a Subaru Forester previously..but, I like the Crosstrek more because it’s not as big. It meets my needs. Some in my family have changed from a Ford to a Subaru because they like my car!

Seen a vehicle I liked but there too far for me to drive there, but they were willing to ship it to me, the salesman John sent video and pictures from his phone. Lisa helped with the financing. I went ahead with the purchase but over night got cold feet! They refunded my money that day! Definitely recommend this dealer.

I own several American cars in the past and I'll never buy another American car again after buying this Subaru. I feel a lot safer and a lot more comfortable in the Subaru Crosstrek than I ever felt in any American car built that I ever drove

I have always had an excellent experience with service. I had to get my usual service for an oil change and my tires rotated. I was very happy this time because I was having some echoing on my phone calls and they were able to find the problem immediately, I just needed to update something.

I love this car! I had an outback previously, and knew i wanted another suburu. It's the perfect size for me! My kids are older, and I don't have to lug sports equipment and kids around anymore. The outback was great for that! It's not too small, and not too big. It's perfect!
