The new manager was awesome. Not easy to find someone who believes in OLD SCHOOL when it comes to customer relations.

This car is perfect for me. It reminds me a lot of my 2002 Forester which I liked very much, but with all the new technology and a lot more pep. It also rides a lot smoother. It just so happens to be one inch longer than my Forester. So, the visibility and spacing is exactly what I want. The variable cruise control and lane control virtually drive the car by itself. I no longer get stressed driving in rush hour traffic and I no longer get tired during long drives. The ground clearance and all wheel drive make it easier to drive in snow. It's the perfect car for anyone, not just an old guy like me.

We worked with Alex during this visit. He was great. The way that he went through the car buying process was different from any other time I have purchased a car. He was not pushy and wanted to make sure that whatever car I chose was the car I truly enjoyed. He then made sure that the finance officer worked within my realm vs theirs. He went to bat to make sure that I left in something and that something was great. Not only Alex was great though. The entire staff were very friendly, bilingual, knowledgeable, and it just felt right to be there. I would DEFINITELY recommend just based off of this fact. They also have a decent collection of high and low-end vehicles with decent mileage. They work with first time buyers and bad credit as well. Which is a win for many. Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

They were very knowledgeable and professional. I would buy another car from them. They have a good selection and offer an extended warranty. The office is pleasant

After two years, all I can say is, well done. The car has been solid. I only have 18K miles, but no complaints. It is a bit narrow, and can be a little "economical" in appearance, but not a single complaint. It is a low end car, but the ride and comfort, overall is very good. Gas mileage is always subjective, but I average 32+ MPG overall, and it is at least as good as the Camry I got out of. It has taken me through places I probably should have not ventured. It didn't complain or give me any drama, hardly missing a beat the whole way,,,, with factory AS touring tires. The AWD seems top notch. People complain about the windshield being fragile, but so far so good. They complain about engine performance too, but I have never felt like I was going to be run over or that the engine was underpowered. If you want a "Fast" car, look elsewhere. It does what it does well.

Service was fast, personable, and reasonably priced. I was kept informed of the progress and advised of future service to be mindful of. I was very satisfied.

Great car at a good price does everything I need and more for the price it can’t be beat. First time I have had a Subaru.

This is my second Crosstrek and I love it. I live in the Northeast and it's the best car I've ever had for driving in snow and sleet. It also has great pickup for when I want to pass a car or for going uphills.

This is our first Subaru and we couldn’t be happier. Handles extremely well, gets about 30 mpg (average), and keeps me focused on the road. High feature car for the price. Technology galore! Fun to drive and has plenty of pep when you need it. We chose the “Sport” model for its look and inviting interior.

My salesman was MARIO and he was amazing!! He was quick and efficient, ZERO pressure and ZERO xx!! I like he was honest with me from the start. I have since recommended some of my family members to go see Mario specifically for their cars. I appreciate that he followed up since my sale last month to see that I was still happy and that everything was working as it should. I love this car! I had an outback previously, and knew i wanted another suburu. It's the perfect size for me! My kids are older, and I don't have to lug sports equipment and kids around anymore. The outback was great for that! It's not too small, and not too big. It's perfect!

I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

I’ve owned my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Sport for a little over a month now and have been very happy with it. The engine provides enough pep and power to drive on highways without any issues, plenty of passing power when needed. I love the in vehicle telematics and technology features in this car as well. Apple CarPlay was a requirement in all of the vehicles I considered, and the Crosstrek really integrates this well. Interior is very comfortable and looks great, the exterior looks amazing. The added safety features that are Subaru standards are a definite plus: steering-assisted headlights, Eyesight and X-Mode all work wonderfully. Complaints? Only a couple. I do wish there was a little less plastic on the exterior cladding. I wish Subaru made the rear liftgate LED light standard equipment instead of an optional part you have to buy and install yourself (the part costs $50 and vastly improves storage area visibility at night). And while the boxer engine design is interesting, I can see it will really make DIY spark plug maintenance a real chore. Otherwise, it’s an excellent car.

My experience at Bud Clary was probably the best car buying experience I have had in years. Andrew helped me and really made me feel comfortable and unpressured. I really feel good about my deal and will definitely refer friends and family to Bud Clary. And I have to mention the finance guy Austin, great guy and a pleasure to work with….keep up the great work guys, you’re crushing it!

My previous car became a money pit with multiple repairs needed, all costing me thousands of dollars to do repairs. It was items that were not covered under my maintenance plan. I decided to trade it in for a new vehicle. It’s nice to drive a car that can almost drive itself on the road.

I just had a major car repair to my Honda CRV and it is running like it's was brand new! The location was close to my work and where I live, so I decided to give them a chance. They ran a diagnosis and explained how this problem could effect my safety and my auto. I check out the diagnosis with a couple of courses, and I felt Titus-Will Chevrolet, Tacoma repair shop was the best for me to use! I love this car. It’s comfortable and gets great gas mileage. I love the Android Auto app. The sound system is perfect. I was able to get the color I wanted.

This is a great vehicle! I find it comfortable, well designed, and loaded with safety features that would cost far more in other makes of vehicle. The mileage is great, and I enjoy the stereo upgrade that came with my vehicle. The winter hasn’t proven to be a challenge-this vehicle does great even on unplowed roads. Couldn’t be happier with my Crosstrek, and I came to Subaru after owning three Ford Escapes that I really liked. I didn’t like the new body design of the Ford Escape, and decided to check out the Subaru. Glad I did!!

Justin Peoples really is a people person. He went above and beyond into helping me acquire the 2023 Subaru Outback Wilderness in Geyser Blue which is really hard to find these days. He is very consistent with communication and made sure that I get the vehicle that I want and at a reasonable price. He provided concierge service after our first meeting and then delivered the vehicle at my driveway on the next day. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle with VIP experience, Justin Peoples is the man.

I’ve had my 2024 Crosstrek for 11 months and I love it. Smooth ride. No frills. Not flashy. Handles slippery road conditions like a champ. The control/infotainment panel is integrated into dash which is great. However those controls occasionally lag or reset themselves, which is annoying. Still can’t connect to Starlink. Would love it if rear seats could recline at all and would like more cargo space, but I knew what I was getting. I hope to drive it for 20 years.

Everyone I had contact with was amazing. Alivia, my sales person, followed every detail, nothing was to small. I needed a few days to finalize and pick up the car on her day off, my own fault. Everyone at the dealership treated me as if they were the one who sold me the car, they truly are a great team! My daughter bought a used vehicle same day and they helped educate her about insurance, transfer of title, all the things a young adult needs to learn. I will buy my next vehicle with them hands down and will recommend to anyone who asks!

My wife started with Ryan but he transferred us to Dima as he was unavailable taking care of kids. I respect someone who puts family ahead of work. Dima was a VERY well informed spokesperson. His explanation and demonstration during test drive was the key factor in our decision to purchase a Forrester Touring. Alan was a very respectful, not pushy salesman and Pablo did great job with paperwork. We are pleased. We've never owned a Subaru but if the car works as well as dealership, we'll be happy.

I personally love my 22 Crosstrac. I have the turbo engine and it has a lot of go to it. Very sturdy on the road at higher speeds. I have the Limited Edition with diamond sparkle black paint, black leather interior very sharp looking vehicle. There was a few hiccups in the beginning with a few minor leaks around the windshield which was promptly fix by the dealership. Gas mileage is great. If you have a family or intend on traveling a lot, the storage part is small other than that perfection all around.

Our experience buying a new Subaru Outback at Subaru of Puyallup was EXCELLENT! I have no complaints whatsoever! Our original phone call regarding internet pricing was handled by Le'Shung Cage with efficiency, transparency, and a helpful attitude that felt very welcoming. The price quoted over the phone was thousands of dollars lower than anything I'd seen after weeks of shopping for a new Subaru!! A big surprise that motivated us to go to Puyallup that afternoon! Upon arrival, we were immediately introduced to Ms. Cage and then to the sales representative, Ryan Gifford, with whom we'd be doing our test drives and, as it turned out, helping us throughout the purchase process. With Ryan, the process of test drives, learning about the cars we drove and their features and subtleties, and finally the purchasing process was definitely stress-free, super helpful and informative, definitely no-pressure or gimmicks, (dare I say it:) fun!, and most-decidedly stress-free!! In all my 50 years of purchasing automobiles, this was that absolute best buying experience of them all!! (without doubt!). After easy and thorough discussions with Ryan, we went for the car security system but decided to shop-around an extended warranty - all without pressure or hard-sell.
