Used Subaru Crosstrek for sale near Tellico Village, TN

Service is fantastic both here and at the body shop. My car (BMW X3 which I’ve owned for over a year) was stolen and recovered and they took great care of me when I brought it there for repair. As it turned out, my car was totaled. Service, GM and sales rep (Matt Schroller) all worked together to put me in a loaner right away, and then they sold me the exact car I had with less miles for less money (new), with no money down. I have no idea how they made this happen, but they did. They literally treated me like family. I highly recommended Matt as a knowledgeable, no-nonsense sales professional. He did the work and delivered exactly what I asked for. There are less expensive cars out there. There are plenty of places where you can save $1k if you spend the time. But you can’t put a price on peace of mind. I know I’m a demanding customer. Grayson continues to meet my expectations and delivers real value. And yes, they’ve got an awesome coffee machine—I actually like getting some work done in their bright, modern waiting area when my car is in for routine service.

I absolutely love this car, but I bought a camper van and don't need two cars. I will miss it. Good mileage, and fantastic AWD traction in snow. Great ski car.

I own several American cars in the past and I'll never buy another American car again after buying this Subaru. I feel a lot safer and a lot more comfortable in the Subaru Crosstrek than I ever felt in any American car built that I ever drove

I saw the car I wanted on cars.com I emailed the dealer and they quickly responded. They held the car for me and I went in a bought it the following day. I was at the dealer for maybe 1 hour.. in and out.. best buying experience yet. My sales rep. Noted a few small requests I asked for and they were done before I took the car home.

After two years, all I can say is, well done. The car has been solid. I only have 18K miles, but no complaints. It is a bit narrow, and can be a little "economical" in appearance, but not a single complaint. It is a low end car, but the ride and comfort, overall is very good. Gas mileage is always subjective, but I average 32+ MPG overall, and it is at least as good as the Camry I got out of. It has taken me through places I probably should have not ventured. It didn't complain or give me any drama, hardly missing a beat the whole way,,,, with factory AS touring tires. The AWD seems top notch. People complain about the windshield being fragile, but so far so good. They complain about engine performance too, but I have never felt like I was going to be run over or that the engine was underpowered. If you want a "Fast" car, look elsewhere. It does what it does well.

The Transfer process was unfriendly. The vehicle I was interested in had to be released from My hold and I had to wait until it came back on the website to request s transfer.

I love this car. It’s comfortable and gets great gas mileage. I love the Android Auto app. The sound system is perfect. I was able to get the color I wanted.

This is the place to buy a car. If you look carefully you can find a diamond in the rough on their “BARGAIN LOT”. JR was our salesman and he was great. He worked hard to find us the perfect car. Just bought used for my mother-in-law after my mother was happy with her 2015. The height makes it easy to get in and out of, and visibility is excellent, plus optional EyeSight. If it weren't a cool little SUV, the above might seem terrible, but this model is nothing for a senior to be ashamed of. BTW, stick with this generation; as of 2018, it gets a bit bloated, lacks power and the steering becomes too vague.

First time at Grayson,,had 2 different issues,, an oil change and broken door handle. Excellent handling by 2 different service managers. David on Oil change,, Bryan on the door handle. Will definitely return for future service.

This is a review of a CrossTrac loaner car from a Subaru dealership while my Ascent was in for service. My likes: exterior styling-great looking small SUV, fun to drive around town-somewhat peppy engine, great commuter car-easy to park, feel safe while driving-great visibility and excellent crash test worthiness, fantastic AC-keeps interior of vehicle even in hot desert climate, always AWD, decent room for backseat passengers. My dislikes: Subaru seems to have eliminated headrests that tilt-this has always been a favorite of mine and a huge reason I have owned 7 Subarus, Premier trim seats not the most comfortable, needs a bit more horsepower- when passing other vehicles on highway one must plan plenty of time, not a lot of exterior color choices since many are dark metallic -my preference is white, beige, light gray, light blue, not very budget friendly-SUV pricing in general remains rather high. Would I recommend this vehicle? Absolutely!

Always very professional and greeted us immediately even though we showed up early for our appointment. They kept us informed on everything the were doing in our vehicle.

This is my second Crosstrek --traded in my 2016 for 2024. The 2024 is quieter, and has more accessories than the 2016. So far, very happy with the Crosstrek models over the past 8 years.

Rita was so courteous and very attentive to my request. She also provided me with further instructions for my key fob. Very friendly and quick service. They even gave my vehicle a quick car wash.

I have a 2024 Crosstrek Sport that I have owned for 3 weeks and I love it. I previously owned a 2020 Crosstrek Premium and loved it also. Lots of safety features. The Crosstrek, no matter what trim level you get, is a lot of car for the price

Due to excellent communications with me, family, service rep- Rita Crowe, service dept and expertise of service staff… the visit was very successful. Everyone helped my 93 yr old mother know all was done well!

I enjoy the car but seat belts are placed out of reach and there is no automatic opening and closing of the rear trunk lid.

Friendly and very helpful staff who walked me through the mountain of paperwork and explained all the new and somewhat difficult electronic features of the Crosstrex

Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

They always go above and beyond. Sean is especially helpful. Visited many times and only had one slight miscommunication that they addressed promptly and did everything they could to fix the situation. Would highly recommend.

I love this car, everything about it is awesome. The giant screen for the radio and CarPlay is my favorite feature. It’s big enough so I don’t have to squint at my phone for everything.
