This car is perfect for me. It reminds me a lot of my 2002 Forester which I liked very much, but with all the new technology and a lot more pep. It also rides a lot smoother. It just so happens to be one inch longer than my Forester. So, the visibility and spacing is exactly what I want. The variable cruise control and lane control virtually drive the car by itself. I no longer get stressed driving in rush hour traffic and I no longer get tired during long drives. The ground clearance and all wheel drive make it easier to drive in snow. It's the perfect car for anyone, not just an old guy like me.

I love this car! I had an outback previously, and knew i wanted another suburu. It's the perfect size for me! My kids are older, and I don't have to lug sports equipment and kids around anymore. The outback was great for that! It's not too small, and not too big. It's perfect!

I’ve owned my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Sport for a little over a month now and have been very happy with it. The engine provides enough pep and power to drive on highways without any issues, plenty of passing power when needed. I love the in vehicle telematics and technology features in this car as well. Apple CarPlay was a requirement in all of the vehicles I considered, and the Crosstrek really integrates this well. Interior is very comfortable and looks great, the exterior looks amazing. The added safety features that are Subaru standards are a definite plus: steering-assisted headlights, Eyesight and X-Mode all work wonderfully. Complaints? Only a couple. I do wish there was a little less plastic on the exterior cladding. I wish Subaru made the rear liftgate LED light standard equipment instead of an optional part you have to buy and install yourself (the part costs $50 and vastly improves storage area visibility at night). And while the boxer engine design is interesting, I can see it will really make DIY spark plug maintenance a real chore. Otherwise, it’s an excellent car.

My wife and I bought our car from Ourisman's Gordy Mueller a little over 2 years ago; we tend to follow Gordy from dealership to dealership because we trust his judgement in helping us select our cars and seeing that the dealership handles maintenance and services for us in a good fashion. Our most recent experience with servicing was a little over 2 months ago. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy and the handling of the actual service was completed very quickly. All staff were knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. All in all our entire experience in buying and having our car serviced at Ourisman has been extremely good.

This is my second Crosstrek and I love it. I live in the Northeast and it's the best car I've ever had for driving in snow and sleet. It also has great pickup for when I want to pass a car or for going uphills.

This is our first Subaru and we couldn’t be happier. Handles extremely well, gets about 30 mpg (average), and keeps me focused on the road. High feature car for the price. Technology galore! Fun to drive and has plenty of pep when you need it. We chose the “Sport” model for its look and inviting interior.

Just had the best buying experience! If you're in the market for a Lexus I highly recommend stopping by Bobby Rahal of Lancaster County and meeting with Cody Sofranek. I've been in the market for a car since July, and was beyond frustrated with the lack of communication and commitment given by sales people at other dealerships. The problems were vast. They were not concerned about my needs, not hearing back from them for weeks, and a lack of knowledge about the cars they were selling. All of that changed when Cody approached me in the lot. After two years, all I can say is, well done. The car has been solid. I only have 18K miles, but no complaints. It is a bit narrow, and can be a little "economical" in appearance, but not a single complaint. It is a low end car, but the ride and comfort, overall is very good. Gas mileage is always subjective, but I average 32+ MPG overall, and it is at least as good as the Camry I got out of. It has taken me through places I probably should have not ventured. It didn't complain or give me any drama, hardly missing a beat the whole way,,,, with factory AS touring tires. The AWD seems top notch. People complain about the windshield being fragile, but so far so good. They complain about engine performance too, but I have never felt like I was going to be run over or that the engine was underpowered. If you want a "Fast" car, look elsewhere. It does what it does well.

I bought a 6 speed manual transmission, very easy to handle and fun to drive. Roomy and comfortable inside. Nice looking hubcaps. Good storage when seats folded.

We had an awesome experience with Matt at Ourisman Tri-State Ford. We found our dream car on their website, contacted Matt and he walked us through the whole process. We had to fly into Baltimore to pick up the car and drive it home (we live in ND). Matt picked us up from the airport and we were in and out of the dealership in a couple hours…on our way home! My previous car became a money pit with multiple repairs needed, all costing me thousands of dollars to do repairs. It was items that were not covered under my maintenance plan. I decided to trade it in for a new vehicle. It’s nice to drive a car that can almost drive itself on the road.

Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

I appreciated the honesty of the salesperson and the helpful information I received. I am a very satisfied customer. I expect to get the car serviced here as a result.

I inherited the 2019 Subaru Crosstrek Limited from my wife. She ended up getting another Forester. Needless to say, I never picked this car for myself. However, the Subaru Brand and this Crosstrek has won me over. The AWD system works perfectly in the snowy Northern New York climate. With dedicated winter tires, I have complete confidence in my ability to keep it through the worst Lake Effect snow. The ground clearance allows me to drive easily on unloved roads with ease. I don't use X-Mode often, but it does help for going uphill on snowy roads or times when the snow is pretty deep. I've never been stuck or stranded with this car. The power train is adequate enough for highway and secondary roads. There are times when merging or attempting to pass, where I wished it had more power. (Drove a loaner 2020 Limited with the 2.5L, that is the perfect power train for the Crosstrek) I have never had any issues with the CVT transmission, but it does take some getting used to. The interior is fine. The gauges, screens and buttons are laid out well. I can find everything with ease and non of the buttons are in odd places. The factory speakers are lacking, but this model doesn't not have the upgraded stero option. Andriod auto works well. Seats are comfortable but do not have much lumbar support. Bolstered well and the headrest has a big range of adjustments. At 70k, I noticed the first crack in the synthetic leather bolster. The Limited trim is equipped with LED headlamps and they are truly fantastic. I rarely find myself using the hi-beams. The turning headlamps are very helpful with visibility when turning. Excellent all around. Eyesight and adaptive cruise works well and I have never had any issues. Only minor hiccups when snow, rain, fog or very bright oncoming light will trip Eyesight off. After a minute, it turns itself on. Overall this car is everything I needed and I never knew it. Reliable, fuell efficient, capable in snow and light off-road situations. It had enough utility space for anything I have ever hauled. Truly impressed with this little car. I plan on keeping it for the long haul. You won't be disappointed.

Communication was great. They sent additional videos of the car and when asked about any cosmetic defects were completely honest and showed them in the video. Also discussed their detailer that comes on Thursdays. Didn’t end up purchasing from them but they were very good to deal with.

Traded in a 2008 Highlander for the Base trim Crosstrek mostly because of poor experiences with Toyota dealership service and sales departments after buying four cars from them. Now we wish we had bought a Subaru years ago. The Crosstrek turned out to be much more than we expected. Performance is adequate. Mileage is awesome. And safety features are the best.

I’ve had my 2024 Crosstrek for 11 months and I love it. Smooth ride. No frills. Not flashy. Handles slippery road conditions like a champ. The control/infotainment panel is integrated into dash which is great. However those controls occasionally lag or reset themselves, which is annoying. Still can’t connect to Starlink. Would love it if rear seats could recline at all and would like more cargo space, but I knew what I was getting. I hope to drive it for 20 years.

Jones did everything from registration to tags and new license plates. And I was able to drive home in my new vehicle that same-day. Salesman Wayne, took me over to Enterprise to return my rental at 4:30 before they closed. They towed my old car from its location to them next day. I absolutely love this car, but I bought a camper van and don't need two cars. I will miss it. Good mileage, and fantastic AWD traction in snow. Great ski car.
