Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

My visit was a regular maintenance oil change and tire rotation. Plus a tire among other tires have not been keeping air even though valve stems were replaced by other place. They detected the problem and fixed it. I have always had wonderful service from Subaru in Somersworth.

I like the solid feel of the car and the sturdy and high ride. Good acceleration. It would be a better SUV if the ground clearance was at least 10” or 12”, with the exhaust pipe properly tucked away!

Vehicle went in for 15,000 check with I thought was a minor question. After 1 1/2 hours Bret came into the waiting room to explain the techs findings and solution. He let me know it would be another 1 1/2 to finish and continued to offer a ride home. Very efficient and thorough with explanations and very kind knowing the time it took. A huge thank you to both the technician and Bret!

Spontaneous windshield cracked to 2 1/2 feet in just seconds! No stones seen, without warning, bang. The part cost $850.00 more for eye-sight calibration! Subaru dealer said total cost, around $2000!

I had a great experience buying my new car at Tri-City Subaru yesterday. The salesman who helped me was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He had no problem answering my many questions , as I am the opposite of an expert on cars. Michael made it easy and not stressful and I had been feeling really stressed out about buying a car so that was a relief! The price was fair and the car is really well taken care of and super easy to drive. The lady Sarah, who helped me with the financing part of it was also great. Helpful and friendly. One of the best cars I have ever owned. It drives like a dream, has more get-up-and-go then I ever thought a 4 cyl. could have. I make a 3000 miles trip from Texas to Utah in may and averaged 34 miles per gallon. I would recommend them to everyone.

What a relief to go to a dealership that didn’t pressure me for a sale. I worked with Cheryl, told her my budget and was not pressured to go over. [Most satisfied] All imported, all full-time four-wheel drive, horizontally opposed engine. [Most dissatisfied] The car system is too old. Without Carplay, Carlife is also more laggy. [Space] The wheelbase is 2670, and I sit at 1.78 in the front, so there is enough space in the back and plenty of space in the trunk. [Power] It is very easy to overtake within 0-100. [Control] The horizontally opposed engine is blessed with full-time four-wheel drive, and it drives like a car. Braking performance: The automatic brake is a bit sensitive, [fuel consumption] It has only driven more than 300 kilometers. At high speed, the fuel consumption is 12L. Everyone said that if it is within 10, it will fall off after going out for a self-driving tour and running at high speed in the later period.i got this car from idealauto last year ,that was a marvelous experience . that dealer so reliable .

all the employees at granite subaru are top notch. they have an excellent waiting area that is huge and offers free coffee and wifi. the sales and service team are great and always have a phenominal attitude. the service advisor said that my 2020 subaru outback would be ready in 1 and one half hours and it was. I highly recommend granite subaru for sales and service.
