I bought my 2025 Subaru Forester the middle of August and two weeks later took it on a 1500 mile road trip. My only complaints are the funky steering (extremely sensitive) and the 11.6" Infotainment screen occasionally freezing. That's not a good thing when driving in traffic. I wished it was AWD versus continuous four wheel drive. Overall, I do like the Forester better than the CR-V I had before.

I got the 2025 Subaru Forester Touring. I stayed with Subaru because I loved my 2017 Touring. I'm familiar with the layout. Hybrid was not available, but I heard the battery cuts into the cargo space.

Great value! The ride is so smooth and the Forester holds the road really well on turns and curves. I got the base model and it still had great safety and comfort features. Very happy!

I've had my 2025 Subaru Forester for a little less than a month. Pros: Smooth ride, comfortable seats, good sight lines out the windows, spare tire. Cons: Cost of extras already installed that I didn't want, duplicate control options for some items .

Yvonne did a great job getting me in quickly for servicing and getting me to and from work and accommodating my schedule. I appreciated the video of my front rotors and explanation that it was time replace them. Great service.

I love my forester!! The only complaint is the driving assist sensors don't work with a steering wheel cover (leather), and the adaptive cruise control is too sensitive. Other than those 2 things literally everything else is perfect.

I took my car in for the 48,000 mile service. Abigail was great. She kept me informed throughout the entire process. Pointed out an issue that was still covered by the powertrain warranty, so I had it fixed and saved myself some money. Clay provided a loaner car as the service was overnight. I'm very pleased with the service at Clay.

all the employees at granite subaru are top notch. they have an excellent waiting area that is huge and offers free coffee and wifi. the sales and service team are great and always have a phenominal attitude. the service advisor said that my 2020 subaru outback would be ready in 1 and one half hours and it was. I highly recommend granite subaru for sales and service.

This is the second purchase I made from Bob Waite. That should say it all. He provided me with the necessary information and let me make my own decisions. He was not pushy, he responded right away whenever I reach out to him with any questions. He found what I was looking for at a fair price. I was in and out of the dealer whiten 2 hours. I just picked up my used Subaru yesterday, so can’t yet comment on service department. Tony C, in sales, couldn’t have been and promises to continue being as helpful as one could ask. There were some changes in details on my end, and he was very flexible and accommodating Also the car I purchased had a big scrape on it when I first saw it and the body shop did a great job repairing it, as part of their preparation for sale, you absolutely can’t tell where it was. I can’t recommend Tony and thus the dealership more. I am 82 years old and only have had such positive feeling about one other dealership over all my car owning years.
