We have had our new Subaru Forester for two months now. We find we love it more every day! The mfg. goes the extra mile in making sure a person is fully satisfied with the auto. I think it is one of the best values on the market. We purchased the Premium trim level and got every accessory we wanted and more. It is a very sharp looking SUV and exceedingly easy to operate all the options. I would say it's one of the best automobiles we ever purchased. It took until age 81 to purchase a foreign made auto, and gladI did!!

The service was quick, and the service tech was friendly and explained the service/cost that was completed.

I love my 2025 Subaru Forrester. It is very quiet and rides well. The only downfall to it is that the audio system is it is not very responsive. And the screen on the console for heating and cooling ,you have to tap the screen instead of push buttons or knobs.

Purchased a new Subaru 2025 Touring Forester in March. Love this car. It has all the features for comfort and safety. The exterior color is new and is called River Rock. This is my 2nd Subaru and I love the quality that makes them one of the most popular cars on the road today. The ride is great and very comfortable. It has the brown NAPA brown leather interior. All the controls for this vehicle are easy to select and the infotainment screen has been enlarged to 11.6 inches. This model has been enlarged to handle many chores that you would expect from the Subaru design. Gas mileage is great.. Also no more wires this vehicle has a self charging area for your smart phone. This was a great choice for my needs.

Loved my Outback from the beginning. However I was sure the salesman that sold me the Outback said I had a lifetime of oil changes etc. So when I brought it in the first time for a change, I was surprised to be charged and I did question that salesman. I am still sure that was part of the deal. Next thing was my transmission was leaking and I talked to an excellent CS lady last year. I got a rental and my SUV was fixed and I continue to love the Outback. Last Sunday, I noticed a leak on my garage floor same as before, so I immediately called on Monday to get my SUV back in to you. The last repair was done 3/2/22 so I assumed it would be covered under your warranty. I asked your CS rep, Dia to make sure it was before I drove all the way into Salt Lake. When she acted a little hesitant about the dates, I assumed. I asked her to verify her info with her supervisor, which she put me on hold and did. When I arrived at your dealership for the work, I was informed that it also had a 12,000 mile or 1 year. I was not told that. Your customer service was excellent. It appears it was not my transmission, but an O ring covered by warranty. They checked out my transmission, fixed the O ring, aligned and washed my Out back. I was very pleased and would now recommend you to anyone and would buy another SUV from you It does appear, that you listen to your customers. And I have learned to double check when someone tells me something is covered. I am impressed that your staff believed me. You have turned a not so satisfied customer into a valued one. Thank you. This is our 2nd Subaru Forester. The first was a 2001 that I inherited from my mom. Liked it so much that we replaced it with a 2025 Subaru Forester Touring edition. Have had it for 2 months now and could not be happier. The ride is smooth and performance for a 4 cyl is great. Plenty of pep unless you are looking to race other vehicles. The seating is very comfortable and road noise is non-existent. I love that the safety ratings for this vehicle is higher than for any other SUV, not just in the small or mid-size category. The cabin is easy to get in and out of, both in the front bucket seats and in the rear bench seat. The second-row seating has a split back that you can drop for extra storage with the push of a button in the back of the car, making it easy to add that extra storage space as you are storing groceries or whatever. Great premium sound system that includes a free trial of SiriusXM. Bought my Forester at Premier Subaru of Fremont and the first 2 years of regular service was included in the deal. A deal that I was very happy with. I had checked around to find what was a great, good, fair or other price to pay for a new 2025 Forester. Only went back and forth a couple times before settling on a price. Good deal on a great car!

Sarah Parker the technician was super helpful and responsive with my car issues since my car window would not roll up and it was in the winter on a snowy day. Such great staff at Mark Miller Subaru!

This is my first Subaru, and I have owned it for almost a month, and so far, I love it! Its handling, ride height, and comfort are fantastic! I am really enjoying the whole welcome to the family experience, which is different from any car brand I have ever had. I look forward to many great years with this SUV! Oh, and the AWD kicks serious A$$!

My experience was incredibly wonderful. After communicating my maintenance concern, it was immediately addressed from going a test drive, recognizing the safety concern, taking my car to bay in order to diagnose the problem, and identifying the problem to fixing the problem.
