I got the 2025 Subaru Forester Touring. I stayed with Subaru because I loved my 2017 Touring. I'm familiar with the layout. Hybrid was not available, but I heard the battery cuts into the cargo space.

I've had my 2025 Subaru Forester for a little less than a month. Pros: Smooth ride, comfortable seats, good sight lines out the windows, spare tire. Cons: Cost of extras already installed that I didn't want, duplicate control options for some items .

General service appointment, oil change, tire rotation. One hour was the approximate service repair time. Total time I wait was one hour , 10 minutes. Car was brought up to the door. Very friendly gentlemen at the service desk. Very pleased all in all.

I love my forester!! The only complaint is the driving assist sensors don't work with a steering wheel cover (leather), and the adaptive cruise control is too sensitive. Other than those 2 things literally everything else is perfect.

Our salesman is Juan. He is friendly and knowledgeable about what makes a Subaru a great vehicle He answered every question and was so helpful all around. He introduced us to the people in the service area where I would be going to get oil changes. The managers that he introduced us to were all so friendly and helpful. There are not enough words the express my level of satisfaction in this car buying experience

German Deras took very good care of me from the moment I walked in till the moment I was driving away with my car. Personable, knowledgeable, patient, and worked hard to get me a great deal. Of all the Subaru dealerships I looked at, this was by far the best, and German was a very large part of why.

Customer service on top,facility clean,when they do service on your car they send a link so can see a video of what they do i like that

I received great service from every employee I interacted with at Clay Subaru, especially Tony. The waiting area was comfortable and complimentary snacks and beverages were available. The staff was friendly, informative and concerned about my needs. When repairs were completed I was offered a complimentary car wash. Great customer service!

I had brake repairs done on my rear passenger side and appreciated Nasange?s very good customer service. Final price was close to the quoted estimate and reasonable. Also finished in the time anticipated. I don?t know how well the brakes will perform because I only drove my car home today. All told my service was excellent.
