This was my second time getting a car from this dealer. Most of the communication was online, but when it was time to come pick up the car I was welcomed by a group of genuinely nice and dedicated people. The overall service was great!

He helped me custom build my forester and walked me through every optional add on, and gave his honest advice on what was necessary and what was not. My car was delivered and I took it home today- it turned out even better than I imagined! My car was detailed, the financial process was very quick and all digital, and they offer great packages and warranties. My car was also detailed and Kent offered me discounts for parts and accessories in the future. I am thrilled with my purchase and the customer service I received here! Excellent service. The only problem is everytime l came for service it's hard to make a turn towards service station. There's no perpendicular sign from street to guide a turn.

I prefer to go to Ocean Subaru for my car repairs as I have experienced great customer service and efficient up to date follow ups.

A friend bought the Crosstrek sport 2 years ago. This place is amazing! I first contacted another Subaru, and the receptionist listened and said a service rep would call me. We kept getting a warning light, which had us pulling off the freeway each time, and waiting until the light went off. Not particularly safe! After no response, I called Orange Coast, talked directly to the service manager who told me to come in, even without an appt, as the car needed attention. Steve Anderson figured out the problem, fit us in, and even found that the problem was covered under warranty. As I waited in their comfortable and welcoming customer lounge, I listened to the other customers talking to their service reps. It was evident that the different reps were universally well liked, and all the customers were really pleased with the work that was being done on their cars. As an out of town visitor stuck with car trouble, I am totally grateful that my car is fixed and safe for my long trip home. If I lived closer, this would be my trusted, go to service dealer! This dealership was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. My sales person, Aria, is a delightful young woman. She was happy to spend as much time with me as I wanted without being pushy, which is something I value a great deal in a sales person. It's easy to see that she enjoys working with people and puts her heart into it. I don't know that I'd ever had such an enjoyable car buying experience, and I've already told Subaru-loving friends that she's the one to work with when they purchase their next Subaru. Long was the young man I worked with in Finance, and he made the process quick and simple, another nice surprise. He was reasonable, responsive to my requests, respectful of my time and gave me a fair deal on my trade-in. I've purchased a lot of new vehicles over the years and Orange Coast Subaru gets highest marks across the board, hands down!
