My 2nd Subaru, quiet and roomy. I am 6'2" and this is the first car with the leg room and interior height where I do not feel cramped. Just the perfect size vehicle for my wife and I for getting around. Smooth ride and excellent handling. Visibility from the drivers seat is outstanding, The surround vision on our Touring model is very helpful for getting into tight parking and judging distances to objects in front or behind us. The ability to switch the review mirror from Mirror to Camera Mode for viewing objects beneath the hatchback window. The remote start with climate set has spoiled us for getting into a cold car in the winter or unbearably hot in summer. The information main screen was intimidating at first, but after a month we are quite comfortable with it. The menus at first seemed overwhelming but we quickly learned that once they are setup to our needs, they do not have to be accessed again, especially with the facial recognition making the comfort settings when either one of us sit in the drivers seat. My biggest complaint so far, is that if you turn off the engine start/stop function , you are reminded every time you start the car that it is indeed off and to confirm by pressing the confirm button on the screen. Very annoying. other than that we are very happy with the 2026 Forester Touring.

The women?s restroom was clean and accessible, which I always appreciate. From arrival through departure, I felt that my time and questions were respected. I arrived on February 19 at approximately 12:15 PM and departed in my new vehicle around 5:26 PM. The out-of-state purchase procedure was thoroughly explained and properly handled. Everything was transparent, organized, and professional. My sales professional, Woody Tannous, was attentive, respectful, and steady throughout the process. He negotiated fairly, applied no pressure, and remained engaged through delivery and even into my later service visit. Woody is someone I would gladly work with again. Sales Manager Robert Brown and Finance Manager Ethan Cutler were equally professional and efficient. Finance was straightforward and well explained. Ms. Allison, the cashier, was patient and kind, and the final steps of the transaction were smooth. I later returned for installation of the engine under guard. The service department was outstanding. Even during a temporary power outage (approximately one hour), the team handled the situation calmly and professionally. Customers were kept comfortable and updated. Andrea Curd was proactive, resourceful, and communicative throughout the process. She thoroughly checked on parts availability and kept me informed at every stage. I had no concerns with vehicle check-in or service communication. One observation for future buyers: I learned that the hitch is one of the least-ordered options. If I had known that earlier, I may have weighed my timing and options differently. That said, the team did the best they could with parts availability and remained communicative throughout. The entire experience felt professional, respectful, and well managed. As a first-time Subaru owner with fewer than 200 miles on the vehicle, I appreciated being treated with patience and clarity. Ken Ganley North Olmsted is a dealership I would trust and patronize again. I would not hesitate to recommend Woody and this team to others.

Outstanding vehicle. Quiet, dependable, comfortable. Acceptable power and economy. Pity the turbo is no longer available. This is our fourth Subie. No issues with any of them. Change the oil every six months and do the timing belt at 100K miles and it’s good for 200K plus.

Great dealer. Located vehicle on cars.com after selecting the year, make, model, ideal mileage and was able to find a good deal with Brunswick automart. The original car we had inquired about sold before we had the chance to look at it, but we were able to find another one that we loved even more! I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right!
