Outstanding vehicle. Quiet, dependable, comfortable. Acceptable power and economy. Pity the turbo is no longer available. This is our fourth Subie. No issues with any of them. Change the oil every six months and do the timing belt at 100K miles and it’s good for 200K plus.

Cityside helped me purchase my first car, a 2024 Crosstrek. They were extremely helpful and quote the full cost up front. Eric was especially great and helped me identify the best car for me at the best price. Registration and plates are given at the dealership along with a full tank of gas. Excellent service from arrival to departure. Accommodating for people who choose to wait while having their vehicles worked on. Vehicle was even washed and cleaned prior to being turned back over to me.

Jacob, Sandra, and Tara are exceptional to work with. Jacob helped me decide if I wanted a Forester. I did. :) Sandra met us in the service area and took great care with explaining the work needed. Tara the Sales Manager paid for the repairs due to the issue happening just 3 days after the warranty ran out. They are all Kind, knowledgeable, and provide exceptional service.

Granite Subaru stands out in my already excellent experience with Subaru dealerships. Their entire staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This particular location has deep knowledge of my particular vehicle which is the rarer STI WRX variant. They have offered me the opportunity to trust in a dealership 100% and have never let me down which as a Subaru owner has been invaluable in my reliance on the brand. Could not possibly recommend you shop / seek service at this location more.
