My car was delivered and I took it home today- it turned out even better than I imagined! We did a lot of research about Subarus before visiting the dealer. We wondered if we were in the right place because the lot was empty. Kent Chhin answered our questions and was very patient with us while we were deciding to purchase. We were able to order everything we wanted and it took about two months to arrive. Kent kept us in the loop the entire time and we got exactly what we ordered. Highly recommend a visit to Orange Coast when you are ready to buy. Just give yourself enough time to order!

This place is amazing! I first contacted another Subaru, and the receptionist listened and said a service rep would call me. We kept getting a warning light, which had us pulling off the freeway each time, and waiting until the light went off. Not particularly safe! After no response, I called Orange Coast, talked directly to the service manager who told me to come in, even without an appt, as the car needed attention. Steve Anderson figured out the problem, fit us in, and even found that the problem was covered under warranty. As I waited in their comfortable and welcoming customer lounge, I listened to the other customers talking to their service reps. It was evident that the different reps were universally well liked, and all the customers were really pleased with the work that was being done on their cars. As an out of town visitor stuck with car trouble, I am totally grateful that my car is fixed and safe for my long trip home. If I lived closer, this would be my trusted, go to service dealer! This dealership was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. My sales person, Aria, is a delightful young woman. She was happy to spend as much time with me as I wanted without being pushy, which is something I value a great deal in a sales person. It's easy to see that she enjoys working with people and puts her heart into it. I don't know that I'd ever had such an enjoyable car buying experience, and I've already told Subaru-loving friends that she's the one to work with when they purchase their next Subaru. Long was the young man I worked with in Finance, and he made the process quick and simple, another nice surprise. He was reasonable, responsive to my requests, respectful of my time and gave me a fair deal on my trade-in. I've purchased a lot of new vehicles over the years and Orange Coast Subaru gets highest marks across the board, hands down!
