I very much appreciate good customer service, if it?s good I?m going to want to go back but if it?s bad, not going back.. i was treated with nothing but respect, my associate Ryan was very helpful and polite.

Everything at IRA Subaru was done well. The salesman, Rudy Dion was courteous and patient explaining the car?s features and buying process. I feel the salesman manager truly wanted to give me the best possible experience.

Tried to talk to A Sales person about and Cross Treck and received poor response; none were available to look at and it was difficult to talk about a new vehicle purchase. Frankly, with the sales persons at Belknap Subaru, I wonder if they sell any at all!

I have purchased at other dealerships where I was handed the key with no explanation of any feature, this was great service and much appreciated!
