all the employees at granite subaru are top notch. they have an excellent waiting area that is huge and offers free coffee and wifi. the sales and service team are great and always have a phenominal attitude. the service advisor said that my 2020 subaru outback would be ready in 1 and one half hours and it was. I found my perfect car online and it happened to be an Ira Subaru. We traveled two hours and was greeted by warm, courteous sales people. Super dog friendly they have a dog park. We were treated like VIPs. The car I bought was used and the salesman actually pointed out a defect and they fixed that.
