Found a great car listed on Cars.com. Called to confirm that the vehicle was still available and was able to make an appointment to see it a few hours later with Anthony C. The buying process was straightforward, didn't have to play games. Anthony was knowledgeable and went out of his way to make us comfortable. We live quite far from the dealership but would be happy to go again if we needed.

We leased my beautiful Blue Subaru in December of 2016, fell in love with it from the beginning. Gabe Kourie was very helpful and great to deal with as were the others at the dealership. When it was time to lease another car for my husband, there was no question that it would be a Subaru. We called Gabe to save us a Black Outback and we leased it sight unseen. I have referred friends to Cortlandt Curry for Subarus and service because I trust them and like their attitude. Very nice staff and a nice atmosphere. Just leased a '24 Outbank from Tasca. The esperience could not have been more pleasant. Will McGuirk, the salesperson, was engaging, knowledgeable, informative and possessed of great patience. There was no high pressure, just a car guy looking to answer all my questions, finding the best deal within my budget and anxious to explain the vehicle to me in great detail. I could not be more pleased and I highly recommend Tasca and Will to any potential customer.

My experience today was excellent . The guy who accepted my car was very professional and courteous. The lady at the desk who entered the details into the computer was very informative and helpful. Hector explained what type of service I received and answered my questions. He accompanied me to area where I retrieve my car . He was very professional . Overall a great experience . After a disappointing shopping experience with a dealership based at Commack in Long Island, I stumbled upon Koeppel for a certified 2022 Subaru with the premium package and 14,000 miles that was advertised online. Upon my arrival - in person - the advertised price was what I got with no additional hidden or “mandated” fees. The test drive was immediately followed by a handshake that sealed the deal. I have nothing but praise for the gentleman that guided me through the whole buying process. The vehicle is being prepped as I write this review. Should I need to purchase another vehicle in the future, not only will this dealership be on my list, I will not hesitate to recommend it with friends, relatives and acquaintances who are currently shopping - or will shop - for their next car.

He answered my questions, was very polite, honest and very patient w/ me from start to finish, considering I have hearing disability, he used texts to make sure I got all the informations I need. Our experience at Liberty Subaru was, from start to finish, quite fine. Our sales consultant, John Clarke was excellent, indeed. He provided thorough explanations of the various features of our new Forester. Thorough, clear and patient--never rushed or pushy. He didn't just explain the car's features; he took us to the car itself and demonstrated some of these features. For example, the connection to the navigation system. This was reassuring, given all the new technology in the 2025 Forester. It is clear that he is very knowledgeable about the car and because of that knowledge, seems to genuinely like it. A lot! He has an even and warm personality. It was such a pleasure to have him introduce us to our new car!

This is my third Subaru and my family are all Subaru customers. This dealership in particular, my East Hills location, have wonderful, caring people, bright space, friendly, efficient, timely and it?s a pleasure even waiting for service.
