I got the 2025 Subaru Forester Touring. I stayed with Subaru because I loved my 2017 Touring. I'm familiar with the layout. Hybrid was not available, but I heard the battery cuts into the cargo space.

I purchased a used 2012 CTS in July and I must say it was one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with. From Hank Landry in Sales to Brian and Andrew in Service they a truly a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, you will not go wrong. I thought the pricing was fair and the car was in outstanding condition, it was obvious that it had been completely serviced and ready to go. Great value! The ride is so smooth and the Forester holds the road really well on turns and curves. I got the base model and it still had great safety and comfort features. Very happy!

I've had my 2025 Subaru Forester for a little less than a month. Pros: Smooth ride, comfortable seats, good sight lines out the windows, spare tire. Cons: Cost of extras already installed that I didn't want, duplicate control options for some items .

I love my forester!! The only complaint is the driving assist sensors don't work with a steering wheel cover (leather), and the adaptive cruise control is too sensitive. Other than those 2 things literally everything else is perfect.

Ever since buying my 2020 Subaru Outback, I’ve brought it to Clay Subaru for service and have always been both pleased and impressed with their operation. On top of consistently delivering top quality service, their people are just _SO_ NICE! Take this past Friday, for example: I had gone in for a front and rear brake job (pads and rotors @ 50k miles), and already had a pretty good idea of what it should cost. Their numbers were right where I’d expected them to be (no surprises, at all), and John kept me in the loop about my car’s progress and expected completion time — and he and everyone else in the place are consistently happy, upbeat, friendly and outgoing. Easy peasy!! One key point I’d like to add: when I bought my Outback, my wife and I lived just four miles from Clay Subaru, And my office was just a mile further down of the road, which made getting the car serviced a breeze. But more importantly, now that I’ve retired and we’ve moved 27 miles away, I still make it a point to travel there (even though there are two Subaru dealers that are closer to us), because of how well I’m treated and appreciated I feel, each time I’m there. (And seriously, how many other dealerships will wash and detail your car for you, whenever you bring your car in for service?) They do!

My experience at Imperial chrysler dodge jeep ram was very good. I worked with Ahmad Al-Jallad and Khalil Mansour and both were very attentive and explained everything clearly. My parked car was unexpectedly totaled in the middle of the night so I was kind of thrown into the car buying process whether I liked it or not. After doing some research on cars.com I came across Patrick Subaru, who had awesome reviews and a great reputation in my area. As a first time car buyer, who is admittedly easily influenced, I was nervous going to the dealership thinking I might get taken advantage of or pressured into spending more than I wanted to. That was not the case. As soon as I walked in, Jeff paired me up with Michelle and I am so so happy that I was. I had been browsing some used cars looking to just go on a test drive because it was literally my first day shopping. She asked me several questions to really understand what I wanted, what I needed, and what I was comfortable with. She ended up pointing me in a smarter direction, a new Subaru that had everything I wanted and at basically the same price. They even negotiated in some added features. I loved Michelle's no pressure approach. She even gave me her cellphone number so that she could keep me updated and be readily available whenever I had a question. She was very hands on during the whole process and never made me feel silly for not understanding something the first time she explained it. You would never know Michelle has only been in the industry for a few months.. she knew her stuff!!! Up until the day I picked it up, both Jeff and Michelle were always checking in on me, making sure I was still happy with my choice and excited to be a new car owner! He explained all the features of the Subaru Crosstrek I was interested in and answered any questions that I had. I received a fair trade in value for my car and we negotiated a deal that I was comfortable with. The process with quick with no hassling and I was able to drive away with my new car that day!! Anchor Subaru has been servicing and selling us cars for 30+ years. All we have ever driven is Subarus. We are very satisfied with all elements of Anchor Subaru. Emily Day was wonderful-when Balise backed out of a deal with us (they are the dealer closest to our house), we literally called Patriot from the Balise parking lot and they said they would honor the deal we had made with Balise. We had a wonderful buying experience with Balise 6 years before but were feeling lazy about driving to NA. Never again!! Emily went above and beyond her promise and the buying experience could not have been easier.

I've bought 2 cars from Planet over the last 5 years. The last purchase in September, I worked with Amelia, a great sales rep. We worked together for over a 4 month period looking for a near perfect 2021 Outback. I would make an appointment , drive 100 miles round trip from Cape Cod to look at the several Outbacks Amelia selected that might meet my very high bar; none did. But Amelia stuck with me, and after many cars we finally found two that made the grade; I choose a beautiful white 2021 low mileage Outback Touring model. Without Planet's large used car inventory, and Amelia"s patience and hard work, I would probably still be looking. So, if you're looking for a low-pressure, knowledgeable sales rep, I strongly recommend Amelia.
