Looking for a new Ascent and was in the area so I stopped in. Talked with Corey who was very personable and knowledgeable as to the questions I had. He made the experience pleasant and I had a better idea of what I wanted in my next vehicle after talking with him.

Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

Bought a used Nissan Frontier from this dealership. The staff were very friendly and tremendously helpful when answering any questions. The process was quick and clean. Would definitely buy another vehicle from them.

My first Subaru although each of my kids had a used one as their first cars. Very well made, It is quite comfortable but I wish the seats went up a little bit more. I bought the Premium model and it has everything you could ask for. Handles great, has more than enough oomph, and I am averaging around 26.5 mpg in mostly city driving. Took a 200 mile out and back trip, and averaged 34.8 mpg. I will certainly buy another Subaru when it is time, usually every 2-3 years.

Great experience even why they were remodeling and had some technical issues. Would go back.

The Forester is the first SUV I ever owned. It has had a few issues, but the dealership, Kenny Ross in Irwin Pa, has always been top notch in customer service. First issue was the orignal tires went bald after only 10,000 miles. I called Kenny Ross and they said they would contact corporate. Got 4 new tires at no charge. Next issue I did not even know I had. Took it in for an oil change and they tell me I need a new CVT. Didn't know I had a problem. No charge again. Last issue was a radio that kept giving an error message and would not work. Took four visits to isolate the problem, but now have a new radio that brings in more stations. Again for free. Highly recommend the bumper to bumper warranty. Money well spent.

I’ve had 2 cars through this dealership so far and both cars have been super reliable. Highly recommend if you are looking to buy a car for a good price while still wanting good quality work. Everyone that works there has been super nice to me.

LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. A great value, especially CPO with +10K mileage (vs. new) MONEY WELL SPENT! SUBARU FOR LIFE

I have a 2020 Forester with 19000 miles. I love it, especially as a tall and aging man. It it easy to drive, easy to get in and get out. Miles per gallon is great, typically well over 30 mpg in day to day city driving. I have noticed a number of complaints about batteries. I think in 2019-2020 they had a bad supplier of batteries. My experience was total battery failure at about 10000 miles. I had to purchase a replacement from AAA. Such stories were common during that period. I was irritated but received reimbursement even though it is not typical for a dealer/car company to do so. Smart dealers want to keep your business. The only other expenses were created by potholes knocking the car out of allignment and nails in parking lots puncturing the same tire twice! Sweep your xxxx parking lots retailers and restaurants.

This dealership went above and beyond to make the car buying experience easy and quick. I spotted a car online I liked and gave them a call to check if it's still available. We made it there in 20 mins. A sales person greeted us in the lobby all ready to go. We took the car for a drive and liked it so we were willing to move forward. The problem was that we didn't have time because had a babysitter at home with kids and had to go back. They quickly evaluated my trade-in and offered a fair deal. They took some information down and we were on our way home. They took care of running numbers for the loan and after 30 mins later I got a text with my options. Made a decision and in an hour, the sales person delivered my new car to my house and picked up my trade in. It was super quick and easy. Best car buying experience I've had. Thanks Walser Subaru!

I had to make a 5 1/2 hour drive recently and loved how smoothly my car drove, especially using cruise control with “eyesight” so it slowed when I was too close to the car in front of me. I couldn’t even feel it; I watched the speedometer. Love the safety features and extras like seat warmers and large sunroof.

Appt was easier to get this time. The time it takes for an oil change is a bit long. Plenty of free pastries and lattes to pass the time.

This is my first Subaru and I’m so impressed! Just a great drive! I love the safety and convenience features…but I also just love to drive again!!!

I came for a 30,000 mile check up. The service went quickly; they were very efficient, caring and competent. This experience was above my expectations.

Likes: spacious interior despite modest exterior dimensions, easy to maneuver, great visibility all around, comfortable ride, good traction, handling, and braking, nice interior finish on sport model, strong steering responsive headlights yet they don't blind opposing traffic, very good optional Harmon sound system, numerous effective safety features, low insurance premiums, adequate acceleration..a few cons: actual economy slightly under EPA estimates, seat may be a bit too firm for some but easy to address by adding a thin seat cushion, mandatory sunroof on all but the base model..I wish Subaru would just make that a single option..rough engine start-stop ..however I disable it each time I start engine so it can be a non issue...no reliability issues yet but since this has a cvt and fairly complex safety features, long term reliability is unknown..

I have had a 21, 23 and now a 25 Subaru Forester Premium and over the years they have gotten better. I didn’t think I would like the large screen but now after two weeks of driving it, I’m loving it. It is a safe and reliable vehicle for small families and seniors like me.

I like the solid feel of the car and the sturdy and high ride. Good acceleration. It would be a better SUV if the ground clearance was at least 10” or 12”, with the exhaust pipe properly tucked away!

This is my third Subaru Forrester. I like the newer safety features and ease of handling. The size is perfect for me, not too small or too big! I would recommend if you’re looking for a midsize vehicle.

the forester sport is very reliable get 26 mpg on most of my daily commutes. Drives great in the winter (even though I have the same tires they came with). Traveling in it on road trips are great, 31 mpg using the cruise control and lane assist. It's not a very fast SUV but it honestly worth it. I tend to speed, but it's not something that actually bothers me. I was worried it would be too sluggish. I picked the forester for my road trips, and extra stuff I drive with.

I bought 2 cars from this dealership: Ford Explorer 2015 and Acura TLX 2019. All selling services were very professional. I was given all papers and pictures of the cars before they were repair (if needed). I have been driving those cars for 7 and 2 years respectfully - no major problems, just maintain work: oil change, filters, brake pads. Dreams staff is very professional, honest, and friendly. I recently had my car stolen and totaled. I actually work for the dealership and enjoy the work I do with the company. Mr krohn has been helping me out for the past month and a half with a car. We bought a 4 year old vehicle, which was in great condition but had an unexpected mechanical issue within the first few weeks. It ended up being a costly, substantial repair. Without any push back, Rudy Luther’s Toyota stood behind the warranty with integrity and great customer service. Everyone we dealt with was respectful and professional. They took what started as an issue that really concerned us and made it right! Even though we live 85 miles away from the dealership, we plan on buying our next vehicles from them. I just purchased a new 2024 Outback at Walser. This is my third Subaru (great vehicles). I have been purchasing cars for 50 years now and this was the best sales experience that I have ever had at a car dealership. This is our second Forester. Our first was a 2011 Premium we bought as a CPO in 2014 and unfortunately went through the headache of excessive oil consumption within months of buying it. Subaru did eventually replace the engine short block on their dime, but only after repeated oil consumption tests and being told by the dealer service department that it was within normal limits. Calling Subaru of America was the only way we got it resolved. I was impressed that they approved the service, and that's the reason we bought another Subaru. We also have a 2018 Outback Premium in our garage--no oil consumption, and no major issues except replacing the radio for failed lighting behind the volume knob and a minor leak in the oil pan (no dripping underneath the car though) at about 42k miles. We like our 2023 Forester Sport overall, and first and foremost we like its excellent safety ratings and features. I will say the ride is much firmer than our Outback which is only a couple hundred pounds heavier. Wish it had a little more storage in the center console and beneath the climate controls. We look forward to many years of driving with the Forester (and our Outback). Based on our experience, I do feel getting a Subaru-backed extended warranty is worth it for peace of mind (we bought them for our first Forester and now our Outback and both eventually paid for themselves). You DON'T have to buy the warranty when you purchase the vehicle. Call different dealers in your state and ask for their price on an extended warranty for your vehicle--we saved hundreds of dollars by doing this. You have until your manufacturer warranty expires to add an extended warranty.
