LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. A great value, especially CPO with +10K mileage (vs. new) MONEY WELL SPENT! SUBARU FOR LIFE

I needed to get another car. I researched Subarus and found a very low mileage car at a decent price. Diego was very helpful in getting it done.

This car is so comfortable! The driver sits up high, with great sight lines in all directions. The seats are comfortable. The features are very intuitive. My car has automatic door locks so when I walk up to the car with my key fob, put my hand on the door handle the doors unlock. It has automatic headlight dimmer which works great. It has plenty of power for freeway acceleration. All wheel drives makes it great in snow. I’m very happy with this car.

After being frustrated with Tesla, we decided on a new Subaru due to its high safety rating. Our salesperson was Tom and he was great. Everything went smoothly and I love my new Crosstrek.

The Forester is the first SUV I ever owned. It has had a few issues, but the dealership, Kenny Ross in Irwin Pa, has always been top notch in customer service. First issue was the orignal tires went bald after only 10,000 miles. I called Kenny Ross and they said they would contact corporate. Got 4 new tires at no charge. Next issue I did not even know I had. Took it in for an oil change and they tell me I need a new CVT. Didn't know I had a problem. No charge again. Last issue was a radio that kept giving an error message and would not work. Took four visits to isolate the problem, but now have a new radio that brings in more stations. Again for free. Highly recommend the bumper to bumper warranty. Money well spent.

I have a 2020 Forester with 19000 miles. I love it, especially as a tall and aging man. It it easy to drive, easy to get in and get out. Miles per gallon is great, typically well over 30 mpg in day to day city driving. I have noticed a number of complaints about batteries. I think in 2019-2020 they had a bad supplier of batteries. My experience was total battery failure at about 10000 miles. I had to purchase a replacement from AAA. Such stories were common during that period. I was irritated but received reimbursement even though it is not typical for a dealer/car company to do so. Smart dealers want to keep your business. The only other expenses were created by potholes knocking the car out of allignment and nails in parking lots puncturing the same tire twice! Sweep your xxxx parking lots retailers and restaurants.

City Kia of Orlando is an excellent place to buy a Kia. Williams Alvarez was very helpful, attentive, and took the time to understand my needs. He explained everything clearly and made the process smooth. Highly recommend the dealership, managers, finance department, customer relation personnel (Karina) and sellers, especially Williams! Later, Jonathan Cordoba helped me with the maintenance in the services department.

Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

Such a lovely experience! John, Angel, Moe, David & Marcos made it very easy for me. Very kind, understanding & not forceful! I can genuinely say it was a pleasant experience. The vehicle is perfect. Exceeded my expectations!

This is my third Subaru Forrester. I like the newer safety features and ease of handling. The size is perfect for me, not too small or too big! I would recommend if you’re looking for a midsize vehicle.

Great value considering the superior safety features, low maintenance and reliability. Rear wheel bearings have been replaced twice and just had the AC compressor and serpentine belt replaced. Albeit expensive repairs, all cars need something after the first 3 years. It's been 8 years and the car still run and drives like new.

Greenway Kia North serviced my 2022 Kia Telluride on 9/12/25. The service tech registered my car as soon as I arrived at 7:50 am. After waiting an hour, Kia provided a shuttle to take me home. When the service was completed, Kia called, and I order the shuttle. After waiting for the cashier to come, I paid what I thought was a reasonable bill. But no one bothered to inform me if the recalled power seat switch was fixed or part ordered or what. One air pressure sensor has been alarming regularly for the past three months, but the tech could not get it to alarm during the service - so, I will just have to put up with it. Kia North is a nice place, and the staff is friendly enough but were not real informative in my case.

This is my first Subaru and I’m so impressed! Just a great drive! I love the safety and convenience features…but I also just love to drive again!!!

This review is 3 months after buying, so you know it's honest. It's a long review because I had to comment on all the great experiences I had with multiple employees at AutoNation Honda in Sanford. I connected with salesman Dayton Babcock-Latta through E-commerce. I live in Melbourne, so doing business with a dealership 90 miles away is a time investment for me, and I'm very glad I made the investment. From the beginning, and beyond the sale, Dayton was extremely helpful and accommodating. Dayton worked with me to change my initial appointment to view a 2017 Ford Edge multiple times. Dayton couldn't have been nicer to me, my son and daughter during the appointment, test drive and the sale experience of the new-to-us 2017 Ford Edge. During the test drive, I noticed an odd grumble when braking. After the test drive, Dayton introduced me to his manager, Nelson Bryant, so I could provide my thoughts about the test drive and pricing compared to other Ford Edge's I had recently test driven at other dealers. Nelson asked if I could give him an hour so he could get a mechanic to investigate the grumble. Within the hour, Dayton let me know the mechanic identified the grumble was coming from a new brake rotor they had installed during their preparation of the vehicle for resale. Dayton also let me know Nelson could meet my price point. After the mechanic replaced both front rotors, we went for another test drive and it felt perfect. I was ready to make the purchase, but I didn't know Dayton's helpfulness was just getting started. Dayton made the paper work a breeze, including transferring a license plate I had and getting my insurance updated to add the Edge. During the paperwork process, Dayton found there was only 1 key fob for the Edge, but he didn't stop there. Once Dayton handed my off to the financing specialist, Sergio Perez Cedeno, to complete the sale, Dayton kept looking and found the 2nd key fob in another area of the dealership. Sergio was great at walking me through the sale portion and used vehicle warranty options. I was paying cash (debit card), so I thought this piece of the experience would be the easiest and least stressful, but my credit union declined the transaction so it quickly became the worst part of the day. Unfortunately, it was Saturday and after hours at this time, so I had no way to contact my credit union and get them to approve the transaction. This was all my fault because I didn't pre-approve the transaction with my credit union, so my options became ? finance the purchase so I could drive the Edge home that night (I could pay it off immediately, but I didn't want the unneeded new loan mark on my near perfect credit history), or I could drive 90 miles home that night and drive 90 miles back the next day to bring in a check so I could take the Edge home that weekend. Thankfully, Dayton's helpfulness jumped in again. Dayton offered the idea of splitting the purchase between a credit card and the debit card to reduce the debit card amount?maybe the smaller amount would be approved. It worked and we were able to drive the Edge home that night! Most reviews probably stop there, but my great experienced didn't. A couple days later, Dayton followed up to make sure we were still happy with the purchase. I let Dayton know we were happy, but the day before I had noticed the 3rd brake light was missing a clear cover and some of the LEDs weren't working. Dayton immediately made arrangements to make the repair at no cost to me. It took almost 2 months to make the time in my family?s busy schedule for the repair, but when I was finally ready so were Dayton and AutoNation Honda. Due to this excellent experience, I'll firstly and strongly consider using AutoNation Honda for any future vehicle purchases. I've never owned a Subaru before but after purchasing the Forester, I may never own anything but a Subaru again! I love the Eyesight Drivers Assistant that it came equipped with. I can see why this car has one of the best safety ratings out there. The interior is very open, spacious, & comfortable and the panoramic sunroof is amazing! It drives and handles like a dream. I would recommend this car to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

I traded in a 6 month old Lexus hybrid for a Mitsibushi lancer. I paid $20k for the lexus and my 16 year old pretended to like it but he hated it. It was a lame hybrid and his friends laughed at him. So before he even got his license and had only added 400 miles to the car I took it back. Eliot got me a deal on a Mitsibushi with 19,000 miles. The trade in came back at $14,000. Eliot WENT BACK AND GOT ME A BETTER DEAL! because I was a previous Carmax customer. I ended up with a 5 year warranty on the Mitsubishi and a $700 refund... You cannot beat Carmax. If you buy cars from this dealership THEY LOOK AFTER YOU. Genuine customer.

I have had a 21, 23 and now a 25 Subaru Forester Premium and over the years they have gotten better. I didn’t think I would like the large screen but now after two weeks of driving it, I’m loving it. It is a safe and reliable vehicle for small families and seniors like me.

I have owned my 2017 Forester since late 2016. Except for normal maintenance I've had no problems with thr vehicle. All of the warning systems work very well,they have saved me from accidents numerous times. The automatic seat repositioning when some one else has used my is really handy eliminates all the adjusting needed to get the position back to my needs. Traction and controll during winter and bad weather are excellent. My forrester get used like a truck at times. Great overall car.

I purchased the 2023 Wilderness trim in August and I chose it because I live in a very snowy and mountainous area. I certainly needed an upgrade from my trusty 2wd, low-clearance hatchback. I can watch the season change with more peace of mind with its high clearance, AWD and features like Starlink and X-mode ready to step in when called upon. I’m a huge fan of the vehicle’s exterior styling and the interior feels luxurious and durable. The cabin is well-insulated from engine and road noise. One drawback is that the sound system lacks depth even with the base turned all the way up (I don’t have the Harmon Kardon stereo option). I’ve never owned a car with a sunroof before and I love letting in extra daylight and looking up at the cliffs and trees during stops so I can’t imagine life without it, now. Even the low beam headlights provide clear-as-day visibility on the darkest nights, but I’d be worried about blinding other drivers so I’d give more follow distance. Many reviewers seem dissatisfied with its acceleration, but it hasn’t felt underpowered to me and I drive a Chevy Suburban for work. It feels like I’m barely touching the accelerator to cruise up steep grades, but I’m a leisurely driver so my expectations differ. :)

I reached out via cars .com about a specific car that I seen on their website. I got a response the same day. It was by a gentleman whos name is Joe at Winter Park auto exchange. He took some video of the car i was curious about. I went a few days later to actually check it out, with my wife. Car was exactly as advertised, clean low miles. So the purchase was lightning fast. I test drove it and did all the necessary paperwork in probably 30 minutes. They have a lot of inventory. If your in the market, please check them out. Great people!!!

I was impressed how well I can see out of the car at all angles. It is difficult for me to turn my body due to neck, hip and back problems. I am 5'10" and have very long legs. This car also has alot of head and leg room. My daughter rides comfortably in her booster seat in the middle seat. I feel I have more control and better handling with this car then any other. I have had a Honda Accord, Volvo XC90, Toyota Corolla and Cadillac Deville in recent years. My only complaint is the front seats are uncomfortable. (My other car is a Deville which feels like a recliner.) There isn't anything fancy about the car but I just have the base model. I am happy with all the features and the gas mileage is awesome. There is a ton on truck space.

I like the solid feel of the car and the sturdy and high ride. Good acceleration. It would be a better SUV if the ground clearance was at least 10” or 12”, with the exhaust pipe properly tucked away!

Spontaneous windshield cracked to 2 1/2 feet in just seconds! No stones seen, without warning, bang. The part cost $850.00 more for eye-sight calibration! Subaru dealer said total cost, around $2000!

I had to make a 5 1/2 hour drive recently and loved how smoothly my car drove, especially using cruise control with “eyesight” so it slowed when I was too close to the car in front of me. I couldn’t even feel it; I watched the speedometer. Love the safety features and extras like seat warmers and large sunroof.

Had this car for seven years, never any problems, very low mileage. Very nice to drive, smooth gas mileage around 30 mpg. Traded it in for a new forester, I actually was ready to cry, when I left it. Very reliable.

I was in the market to purchase a reliable used car for my daughter for under $5k. We had been all over town for a couple of weeks. We finally landed at Sensible Choice Saturday and immediately knew this experience was going to be different. The office was clean and welcoming. Wayne was our salesperson - he was exactly what we needed. I told him what we were looking for, he showed us what he had in his inventory and told us to take a look at which ones we were interested in. We looked at a few cars and test drove a couple of them. We found our car without feeling pressure. Wayne was incredibly helpful and gave us a positive car buying experience. I would definitely recommend Sensible Choice and specifically Wayne.

I’m the 3rd owner of a 2012 Subaru Forester purchased at approx 175,000 miles and it still runs pretty good! It does burn oil up pretty quickly and mine has issues with reading the levels and won’t give me a warning light so i check the dip stick often. Mine did have exhaust issues and had to replace a rested out piping from the cat back, but mufflers were still good. Also the Oxygen sensor was a problem for awhile, which you can only use on brand for it to work properly. Gas mileage is decent for the size of the vehicle and its age. Only wish the front seats went back more bc my taller girlfriend who is 5’11 with long legs struggles to fit and be comfortable in the passenger seat.

Everything was honest and up front. I would do business with them again. Awesome experince!

It drives like a dream. I enjoy driving it and so does my husband. The visibility is awesome. It sticks to the ground and takes corners and curves well. It is comfortable and we have driven on several long trips with it. The drawback is storage. We had three people on one trip and with 3 suitcases, a cooler, and the sundry items you pick up, there was barely room for a passenger in the back. The ride was great even through some awful weather. Daily drive is great and I consistently get better gas mileage than on the sticker, unless my husband drives then it is worse. Lol.

Likes: spacious interior despite modest exterior dimensions, easy to maneuver, great visibility all around, comfortable ride, good traction, handling, and braking, nice interior finish on sport model, strong steering responsive headlights yet they don't blind opposing traffic, very good optional Harmon sound system, numerous effective safety features, low insurance premiums, adequate acceleration..a few cons: actual economy slightly under EPA estimates, seat may be a bit too firm for some but easy to address by adding a thin seat cushion, mandatory sunroof on all but the base model..I wish Subaru would just make that a single option..rough engine start-stop ..however I disable it each time I start engine so it can be a non issue...no reliability issues yet but since this has a cvt and fairly complex safety features, long term reliability is unknown..
