LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. I'm deaf so buying a car is not easy lots of things are not easy but they very happy texted my to talk to me someti.es it's hard buy anything most are rude and yell when I s a.c y I'm dear lol why yell still cant hear but they had no problem with texting with me also was not rude when I disided not to buy any car at that time and made sure I had a way home offered to call someone or a cab just very helpful in all told me to text if I changed my mind

I had to make a 5 1/2 hour drive recently and loved how smoothly my car drove, especially using cruise control with “eyesight” so it slowed when I was too close to the car in front of me. I couldn’t even feel it; I watched the speedometer. Love the safety features and extras like seat warmers and large sunroof.

the forester sport is very reliable get 26 mpg on most of my daily commutes. Drives great in the winter (even though I have the same tires they came with). Traveling in it on road trips are great, 31 mpg using the cruise control and lane assist. It's not a very fast SUV but it honestly worth it. I tend to speed, but it's not something that actually bothers me. I was worried it would be too sluggish. I picked the forester for my road trips, and extra stuff I drive with.

I’ve owned this car for about 18 months. It has I bought it new and it now has about 17,000 miles on it. I love driving it. The safety features are excellent! The performance is good. I’m getting around 32 MPG for all around driving. I have the car maintained at the dealership and haven’t had any mechanical issues. I would definitely recommend this car.

I got a message back within a hour or so from the dealer to get more info on a car my family was interested in. We were then assigned to Noah Phillips. He is very patient and kind, and willing to answer all of our questions. Because we’re out of state, it added more work for him but he persevered, even getting the dealer to agree to help fix some items on the car for us, which led to a sold car deal for him and a new (to us) car for us! Only concerns thus far, after three weeks of use. 1) takes time to learn use of various electrical and mechanical controls -- after 20+plus years of VW Jetta ownership, "a lot is different." Just have to be patient learning all the new features. 2) Auto-safety features (staying in lanes, braking distance warning, etc.) are helpful to some less-attentive drivers but annoying to this long-experienced user. Fortunately, they can be turned off and stop the chirping.

I recently had my car stolen and totaled. I actually work for the dealership and enjoy the work I do with the company. Mr krohn has been helping me out for the past month and a half with a car. It has been difficult but with the patience and time he has given my mom and I, I could not be more grateful for him! He worked with my mom and I till the very end and has been nothing but helpful. I ended up getting a 2019 subaru forester. Lots of room and a perfect vehicle into the middle of my adult life. I hope this car lasts me through the next few years. I drove 4 hours from out of state to come look at a Volkswagen. When I arrived they had the car defrosted and warmed up. While at the lot I spotted a Lexus and ended up looking into that car. I decided I wanted the car and Joe was very helpful and got the deal done. I was in and out and on the way back to Arkansas in about an hour from the time I decided this was the car I wanted. The dealership was very clean, service was top notch and very personable.

My first Subaru although each of my kids had a used one as their first cars. Very well made, It is quite comfortable but I wish the seats went up a little bit more. I bought the Premium model and it has everything you could ask for. Handles great, has more than enough oomph, and I am averaging around 26.5 mpg in mostly city driving. Took a 200 mile out and back trip, and averaged 34.8 mpg. I will certainly buy another Subaru when it is time, usually every 2-3 years.

I went in to looking for a use car. The people at the dealership were very friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions without hesitation. Zane went above and beyond helping me. He explained every step of the process that was going to take place after I decided to purchase the car so that helped put my mind to ease. The loan officer was polite and not just pushing me through the deal. He stopped and answered my questions, which were quite a few, with direct answers. I will be going back to this dealership for my next purchase for sure.

I purchased the 2023 Wilderness trim in August and I chose it because I live in a very snowy and mountainous area. I certainly needed an upgrade from my trusty 2wd, low-clearance hatchback. I can watch the season change with more peace of mind with its high clearance, AWD and features like Starlink and X-mode ready to step in when called upon. I’m a huge fan of the vehicle’s exterior styling and the interior feels luxurious and durable. The cabin is well-insulated from engine and road noise. One drawback is that the sound system lacks depth even with the base turned all the way up (I don’t have the Harmon Kardon stereo option). I’ve never owned a car with a sunroof before and I love letting in extra daylight and looking up at the cliffs and trees during stops so I can’t imagine life without it, now. Even the low beam headlights provide clear-as-day visibility on the darkest nights, but I’d be worried about blinding other drivers so I’d give more follow distance. Many reviewers seem dissatisfied with its acceleration, but it hasn’t felt underpowered to me and I drive a Chevy Suburban for work. It feels like I’m barely touching the accelerator to cruise up steep grades, but I’m a leisurely driver so my expectations differ. :)

Very dependable and reliable vehicle regardless of the terrain traveled. The perfect vehicle for older folks or those with knee problems. Seat height is perfect, you can slide in and out of the seat with ease. Smooth ride and overall great vehicle.

Well organized operation - quality cars - excellent sales person - hassle free process - Don't offer great deals however. If you go to a another dealer, you can do better but you will have to work hard to get the better deal and probably put up with irritating car dealer tricks.

I was between a rock and a hard place after my Honda passed away-it drove itself to its demise due to the handbrake not on tight enough. So I had nothing to trade, no leverage. I know Subarus owned many Outbacks and they go forever. The problem is I'm 5' tall and this car is too big for me after the Honda and a Miata I have. I had 2 big dogs and felt the car would be great for a dog owner. Which it is. One dog rode on the back seat (covered) the other had the back to herself. Great for a dog owner. If you need a crate there's plenty of room. This would be a great vehicle for a children or pet family. I only have one 10 yr old dog left and this uses too much gas for me to consider a practical vehicle.

Our company truck was due for maintenance and I was holding off due to the Shelter in Place order. In the meantime, the brakes started to grab a little, so I called Chase at Bob Allen Ford. I was relived to hear they had a plan for avoiding contact, and sent a loaner and took our truck in. A day later all is up to par mechanically and the truck is retuned. Likes: spacious interior despite modest exterior dimensions, easy to maneuver, great visibility all around, comfortable ride, good traction, handling, and braking, nice interior finish on sport model, strong steering responsive headlights yet they don't blind opposing traffic, very good optional Harmon sound system, numerous effective safety features, low insurance premiums, adequate acceleration..a few cons: actual economy slightly under EPA estimates, seat may be a bit too firm for some but easy to address by adding a thin seat cushion, mandatory sunroof on all but the base model..I wish Subaru would just make that a single option..rough engine start-stop ..however I disable it each time I start engine so it can be a non issue...no reliability issues yet but since this has a cvt and fairly complex safety features, long term reliability is unknown..

This car is so comfortable! The driver sits up high, with great sight lines in all directions. The seats are comfortable. The features are very intuitive. My car has automatic door locks so when I walk up to the car with my key fob, put my hand on the door handle the doors unlock. It has automatic headlight dimmer which works great. It has plenty of power for freeway acceleration. All wheel drives makes it great in snow. I’m very happy with this car.

Provided oil change in timely manner. Waiting room was comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Overall good experience

My only complaints are, it could use a little more power and a little less road noise. Otherwise, I'm very pleased with my Subaru Forester Touring.

I have had a 21, 23 and now a 25 Subaru Forester Premium and over the years they have gotten better. I didn’t think I would like the large screen but now after two weeks of driving it, I’m loving it. It is a safe and reliable vehicle for small families and seniors like me.

Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

My biggest problem with the forester is the infotainment system and the tom tom navigation. The infotainment is laggy at best. It can take two seconds per press to respond. And the tom tom? What? Did tom tom give Subaru a deal on 80s technologies. Recently I asked for a dollar tree and it changed it to 03. I have asked for vorhees and it kept trying to change it to Glendale? xxx. It is not barely usable, it is absolutely unuseable, that part of this car is a xxx.

We had the best experience with Subaru of Olathe. We stopped by on a whim at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon and figured we would have to come back on Monday to complete the day given it was so late in the day on Saturday. We had a pre-approval through Mazuma and they were able to execute the loan right there at the dealer, on a Saturday afternoon the bank had already closed! I LOVE their no pressure, no hidden fee's, no finance department, team approach. We worked with Olivia and Ricky and they were so friendly, helpful and great to work with. We were out of there in just about an hour flat. I will definitely be buying our cars from them moving forward. They're honest, truly no haggle/no hidden fee's approach and fair pricing can't be beat!

Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.
