New and used 2025 Subaru Forester Hybrid for sale near Mount Airy, MD

I came in knowing I was buying a Subaru but not sure whether to get Forester Hybrid now or wait for 2026 Crosstrek. Lucas was a great salesman - no pressure but helped with test drives and suggestions. Purchased a few days later with great experience with Lucas and with finance department. Even got to visit with very sweet labrador retrievers while we waited. (They were having an adoption day event at the dealership!)

The only unknown is how many MPG I will get, over time. Not you typical Hybrid. It appears to be tuned especially for the Forester.

Always great. Service from the start to end is always great. Nice waiting room. Snacks and drinks are a plus. I feel I can trust all of you.

Went to the service center for breaking issue and had a pleasure working with Nikki French. She's awesome! She took a time to listen to my concern and explained the whole process and possible cost, made sure I was well informed every step. Although they couldn't find any error on my car, she took extra time to make sure my car is running safe. Everyone at Subaru service center is nice, but Nikki is truly exceptional! Thank you, Nikki for making this experience so positive and stress-free!

This dealership was amazing to work with on leasing my Crosstrek. Alexis was my sales person and she was incredible! She remembered little details from our first contact (a suitcase fitting in trunk) and never forgot my preferences and bottom line budget number. The entire staffed worked with me to get my deal down to what I could afford. Even though it was the end of the month and a holiday weekend, I never felt like a number to them. The finance professional, Greg, took the time to make sure I understood all details of the contract, did not try to upsale me on things I wouldn’t need and answered ALL my questions without talking down to me or making me feel stupid for not knowing on my own. As a single woman shopping for a car on my own, trust is important to me and respect. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or was not getting the attention I deserved. The follow-up AFTER the deal was done was also incredible. I received welcome emails and calls, I was offered a free service call just to go over all the features of the vehicle, I was treated to a free car wash when my new tags came in and they were placed on the car for me as well! I was able to personally communicate with the general manager, Michael, when a piece of scam mail came to me looking like official Subaru program and was guided by him on how to handle. Everyone I encountered at this dealership was friendly, knowledgeable and treated me with dignity and respect. The refreshments were delicious, the bathrooms were clean and the entire atmosphere of the dealership was welcoming and friendly! This is the place to buy a Subaru if you are in Maryland!

This is my first experience with Fitzgerald Subaru of Gaithersburg. They have customers for life with me and my family!! Their customer service is beyond excellent. John Dutton was my sales agent and he made us feel welcome, very friendly, helpful and polite. I spoke with a couple of people on my visit there, everyone is amazing. I recntly was alerted to unexpected maintenance issues with tires and infotainment system. Herb Gordon Service quickly address the know issues and ckecked for additional related issues.The tires had malfunctioning valve stems which were identified and replacet. Upon correcting the leaking valve stems the TPS system display was set to PSI a familiar limit. Additionally the system is monitoring tire pressure go forward. The second issue was sudden, ghost entries on toich. The screen was determined to be failing and needed replacement. A new unit was ordered and once installed the issue was resolved and returned to normal operation. It was necessary to set up the infotainment system which resulted in better use and experience. The new updates helped restore function and utility. A win for vehicle owner. Herb Gordon Service provided quick, detailed and professional service.

The entire process was seamless. Aaron Ringgold our Sales Consultant was the best!! Milton Taylor the Finance Manager was efficient and appreciate him going til he extra mile. Everyone was professional, and experienced and personable. Not just your average car dealership.
