We found the Subaru we wanted; it had just come in from shipment and the car was ready at the appointed time the next day for delivery. Rich walked us through the paperwork process with ease; Len did a great job pointing out the specifics of the vehicle from the technical perspective and Todd made the final paperwork process smooth and respectful. A great dealership. This is our second Crosstrek; the former being a hybrid version. Cheers to a very well staffed and efficient dealership.

Sarah Foster provided EXCELLENT customer service. Everything was ready to go for us upon arrival and the entire process was smooth. After driving from the other side of the state it was refreshing to find the car was as advertised.

Jillian Tran provided friendly service and helped keep me informed of getting the used car fixed before buying it. And it passed the pre purchase inspection well. Schompf didn't pressure into buying anything but spent the time to do good.

Patient sales service for long distance (Internet) purchase. Salesman arranged for transportation from hotel and vehicle was parked out front when we arrived for pickup.
