We had a 2018 Impreza and 2017 Legacy which we traded on for a 2025 Impreza sport. It's a great car for the money has many updated features

I love my new Subaru Forester! It has everything I need for a car... Working w/ Kyle was a great experience. He answered my questions, was very polite, honest and very patient w/ me from start to finish, considering I have hearing disability, he used texts to make sure I got all the informations I need. Even after I bought the car, he texted to follow up if everything is ok and to reach out if I have questions.. I admire his diligence at work.. and I'm pretty sure he'll make a good Manager.. My first Subaru. This is the RS model in Desert Oasis Blue. It’s a dream to drive. Fully equipped and the pick up speed is amazing. I feel incredibly safe in this car. It’s so comfortable and the air conditioning keeps me comfortable inside.

Our experience at Liberty Subaru was, from start to finish, quite fine. Our sales consultant, John Clarke was excellent, indeed. He provided thorough explanations of the various features of our new Forester. Thorough, clear and patient--never rushed or pushy. He didn't just explain the car's features; he took us to the car itself and demonstrated some of these features. For example, the connection to the navigation system. This was reassuring, given all the new technology in the 2025 Forester. It is clear that he is very knowledgeable about the car and because of that knowledge, seems to genuinely like it. A lot! He has an even and warm personality. It was such a pleasure to have him introduce us to our new car!

Matt Caridi is a young and energetic sales associate who was with me every step of the way. From providing detailed insights into the used 2021 Jeep Compass I was interested in, to assisting with the test drive, Matt’s enthusiasm and eagerness to help made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. He went above and beyond by mentioning the dealer’s Exclusive VIP Plus Program—such a great perk! In addition to helping me with my purchase, Matt also showed great initiative in assisting a friend who was looking for a van for her business. Ultimately, I was able to purchase the car without any hassle, and when I arrived at the dealership to finalize everything, Mr. Salomone was as friendly and accommodating as ever. Even though the car was re-listed at a higher price, he didn’t make me feel pressured or take advantage of the situation. Instead, he simply asked when I would be there to complete the purchase, which made me feel respected and valued as a customer. The whole experience at South Shore Subary was refreshing.
