I don’t know the name of the technician, but he clearly worked efficiently as my wait for the tire repair was minimal. My wife has a 2015 Legacy and I just bought a new Outback. We've been using the service center with my wife's car even when they where upgrading the showroom/ waiting area and had the trailers in back for service department. All staff we've dealt with have been friendly and professional. The waiting area is much better than others I've been in. I'm able to get appointments relatively quickly and when I'm waiting for my car, I'm not waiting a long time. When I bought my new Outback Chris was very helpful and for only being there a month seemed knowledgeable and if he didn't know, he found out. My only negative is when someone is buying a new car they should have a more private area to go over the numbers with the sales rep. Otherwise Driveway Subaru is top notch. I'm trying to talk my wife into getting her next car there. She's not sure what she wants but if it's a Subaru, it'll be a Driveway Subaru.
