Hiland Toyota is an exceptionally honest dealership. I made a deal online with Internet Manager Lonnie Tapscott and flew 2,000 miles to pick up a used car. Lonnie even gave me a ride from my hotel - five star service. The car was visibly indistinguishable from new inside and out. No wear, no door dings, not a single paint swirl, nada. After a short test drive, I signed two documents and was on the road in five minutes - easiest dealership closing process I have ever seen. During my four day trip home, it was determined that the front tires, despite having adequate remaining tread, had split due to age and sun exposure. As they were unsafe for the highway I replaced them at my expense and let Lonnie know the Service Dept could possibly improve their tire inspection process. To my great surprise, Hiland offered to send me a check for the full cost of both tires. They knew the chance of me being a repeat customer from five states away was low but they wanted to do the Right Thing. This is a dealer you can trust to keep their word, which is rare. I will keep my eye on their inventory and heartily endorse them for anyone looking for a car locally or from outside Moline. Very impressive operation.

An Absolutely Flawless Car-Buying Experience! I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2023 Nissan Ariya, and I can honestly say the team at Lorenzo Nissan has earned a customer for life. Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

Such a great experience! Buying a pre-owned car here was one of the easiest, no-hassle car buying experiences I've had -- including new car purchases. I had an outstanding experience at this dealership and can't recommend them enough! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. I started by emailing with Alex 'Mongo' at the beginning of November about a car I was interested in. When that one sold, he quickly recommended another hybrid that fit my budget perfectly. Mongo was responsive and helpful throughout our email exchanges. When my boyfriend and I came in for a test drive, we worked with Mongo (Alex) and Chas, and they were incredible. What impressed me most was how upfront and transparent they were about pricing and fees. They let me see the price sheet and even take pictures of it. When I asked to put the car on hold to think about it, there was zero pressure - they were completely understanding when we left to look at other options. Mongo was extremely responsive over text, answering all my questions without being pushy at all. He was kind, level-headed, and genuinely easy to talk to. When we returned the next day ready to purchase, Chas got everything ready for us and made the paperwork process incredibly smooth. He even recommended a great place for tints! Mohammed in finance was fantastic as well. He worked with us to arrange monthly payments within our budget and was very transparent about all fees and add-ons. He showed us the breakdown of everything step by step. Even though we didn't go with the VIP package, he included an unlimited tire warranty without increasing our monthly payment, which was amazing. The entire process took about an hour and a half - we arrived around 12:30-1:00 and left by 2:30 with our new car! They also handled our registration seamlessly (we're DC residents but the dealership is in Virginia), provided a temporary tag, and made sure we knew exactly what to do for vehicle inspection. Everyone listened to our concerns, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was perfect with the car. This is hands down one of the best dealership experiences I've ever had. If you're looking for a car, ask for Mongo (Alex) and Chas - they're the absolute best! Five stars all around!

Super quick and easy process from making the scheduled appointment for the necessary “car check up,” seeing the process and adding any adjustments needed, and the final process of payment and quick paperwork. Tyler and Victor have been my service advisors in the past, and have great and prompt customer service. I’m not a big car person, so they help me understand what’s going on in my car and explain the paperwork well.

Needed axle and brake work. The necessary work and the exact cost was laid out before work began so I knew what I was getting into. I also knew they would do a good job, which they did.

Johnny and Adam are THE BEST!!!! I bought my first Subaru Forrester there 10 years ago. But my experience today at was.....I have NO words to explain how awesome they both were.
