Although I purchased my Subaru out of state, I brought it into Garavelle for service for the first time today. The new facilities are impressive, but even more impressive was the high level of professionalism exhibited by the entire staff. It was refreshing to be treated with such courtesy and politeness. My service advisor, Anneli, was great, as were the others in the service department who greeted me and did their job with a smile on their face. From Virginia answering our distress call to Peter who was our service representative, the personal treatment of our predicament was extraordinary. They were not only professional but also compassionate. Peter went beyond normal business procedures to communicate, diagnose and expedite repair of our Outback. We were stranded in a medical situation, from out of state. Their attitude, explanation of the problem and fast action to fix it made our medical situation more bearable. It was a most unusual and uplifting experience that we did not expect from a car problem, in the middle of being in a strange place for unhappy reasons. Thank you Peter, Virginia and the mechanics who made our safe return home possible. This is our 5th Subaru and not our last!

Dave Novik was my sales person. I had experienced a bad accident and was traumatized. I needed a car and was referred to Dave. I do not like high pressure salesmen and it doesn't work for me. Dave was very accommodating to my interests in a car. He went out of his way to discuss my interests and needs in a car. He spent much time discussing various pros of each car I looked at. I never felt pressured. As a result, this was the best experience I've ever had in buying a car. I highly recommend Dave if you're interested in buying a car. I love my crosstec subaru!
