Purchased this car used in 2023. Right from the start had issues with the A/C compressor. It went out and I had it replaced with a used one to save a bit and it immediately went out again after a week. Mistakenly, I had an another used compressor put in and it proceeded to essentially blow up and damage my battery and belts. I guess there is an issue with the part for this model year. Otherwise I have not had any crazy issues other than regular maintenance costs. I absolutely love this car for its storage ability. It's small enough to handle city driving and small parking spots, but large enough to fit everything you need to carry. I fit all of my furniture and belongings in this car when moving. As for comfort, the heated seats are a great feature, however, I do find the seats gets quite uncomfortable after driving for more than a few hours. I drive this car back and forth to work daily and have no problem with its performance. Gets pretty good gas mileage for mostly city trips (24mpg). You can feel each and every bump that this car goes over, but it's not anything unbearable.

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

First things first... I view any car as a necessary evil.... I view them as something to get stuff from point A to point B. If I had My druthers I'd bicycle everywere but, since I live in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and as such we get a lot of snow and I can't. The Impreza fits the bill of what I need in a car. I have driven many cars in all kinds of conditions, the Impreza has never let me down. I'll admit it won't win most drag races but if you're looking for safety and reliability look no further. Mine is a lease and is the base model, but is chock full of great and useful features such as lane assist, hazard warning and my favorite adaptive cruise control (which brakes for you as the car in front of you slows down.) I had the first iteration of the Impreza in the nineties and that was good... This is awesome. Before I leased the Impreza I did due diligence by test driving Honda, Hyundai, Nissan and Toyota... The Impreza had most of the features I wanted at the price point that I wanted... Also the only manufacturer that offered AWD on the base model.

I bought this car brand new with less than 10 miles on it; few years later it’s got 50,000 miles and I haven’t had a single issue with it. I feel like most cars I’ve had don’t ever feel the same as they did brand new after you break it in. That is not the case with the Impreza, it feels the same as it did when I first drove it off the lot. This is hands down the best car I’ve ever owned and I have owned over half a dozen new and used cars.

I own the 2011 Impreza Outback Sport. Can't say enough great things about this car. Over the past 10 years I have put 155,000 miles on it and it's still my every day vehicle. The biggest issue I've ever had with it was I had to replace the fuel pump around 120k. It's great in the snow, it handles very well overall, and I know it's safe to drive thanks to Subaru's 5 star crash rating.

We were looking for a pre-owned Certified Forester. Carter Subaru in Shoreline had the car we had been looking for, for over 3 months. Steve, the salesman was kind, not pushy and very knowledgeable of all the tech on our 19 Forester. The purchasing process was easy. We were in and out in less than an hour. It was worth the 3-hr drive from our home in north central WA to Shoreline. Our (my wife's) Outback has a LOT more miles than our (my) "new" 19 Forester, so when our Outback wears out we will be giving Steve a call to find another Outback for my wife. This car served us well for commuting and errands. It has been a reliable basic car. It has great cargo capacity for a small car and is easy to park in congested neighborhoods. Brakes are all new -- pads, rotors and calipers -- at the beginning of last winter.

They have a great selection of very nice cars ...after checking out couple other dealers in the area for a Lexus I was searching I found this little hidden gem , when I arrived sales person was great and very pleasant....after quick chat I was on my way to test drive the car ...when I got back I meet the owner ,he was very helpful ....I was in and out less then 40min ....car looks drives amazing price was very fair and the service was beyond 5 stars I highly recommend this dealer for your next purchase ...

Its been more reliable than anything I’ve owned so far . Not very comfortable at times ! the steering wheels a little cold in the winter but its not the luxury model . The manual transmisions smooth shifting is perfect 5 speed to get you down the road!

I bought this car with about 88K miles on it. I knew with Subaru’s once they hit 100K+ they would require maintenance. I spent a bit over $9K for my car and have spent roughly right around the same to get it running the way it should be. The most recent problem was having to rebuild my entire engine due to major oil leaks. This car will last you a long time if you take care of it from the get go. Do not listen to dealerships and take it in for an inspection ASAP if you decide to purchase.

I recommend this car very much for harsh conditions such as hard rain, snow, etc. And does pretty good in both commuting and having fun, it has its own car issues as any other car but still is very reliable.

This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!

Kudos to the Campbells Nissan of Edmonds for seeing through the completion of servicing my 2017 Pathfinder. After being in service couple of times for an unidentified noise under the hood, it was finally diagnosed the third time as timing chain problem. For a 2017 with all maintenance services performed it was baffling. Much more damage was discovered after the timing chain cover was removed. The estimated cost was between 3k and 6k for complete repair. Special thanks to John the service manager and Mario the service advisor who directed me to Nissan Consumer Affairs and getting me in a loaner for the duration of time my vehicle was to be in for repair. After making my case to the Consumer Affairs, five days later John went the extra consumer satisfaction mile by contacting Consumer Affairs through several emails after my return call backs was to no avail. This car has been the most reliable, toughest car I've ever owned. It has never let me down. Maintenance is very affordable. Plenty of power for all your lane passing needs and plenty of stopping power even in the most slippery conditions. The AWD system is perfect for washington winters! All electronics still work! I've only had to replace bulbs. Anybody who drives this car will totally love it.

I bought this car used new condition and got a good amount for trade in at carsense. However it lacks features I didn’t think about like auto locks better radio, auto seats which I really have trouble adjusting. Excellent performance great o gas. I really love it.
