It was a simple, easy process with no pressure at any step. This is our second Subaru we have purchased through Sheehy. With our first car (owned 10 years), whenever maintenance was required the Service department was phenomenal.

Front mid console is a bit awkward in placement, making it difficult to put two drinks in the designed locations. Its also awkward for the passenger to open the compartment because the fit is too close to the front seats. The lack of any dedicated sunglass compartment is frustrating. How about as part of the overhead info center?

Emailed early morning to verify a specific vehicle was on the lot. Jean-Marc responded quickly about the status. I asked him a few questions which he promptly responded to and made me want to visit the dealership. When I arrived he had me work with Chris Kutrumbis and he was great. Answered all my questions and attained info he wasnt sure of. Agreed to numbers and worked with Chris in finance who showed me exactly what I needed and we finished the process very smoothly and quickly. Probably the best dealership experience I've ever had.

This was the best experience I have had at a dealership. The dealership was straightforward and honest. I requested an out-the-door price and they provided a clear written price. I traveled to the area and they sent a driver to pick me up at the airport. On inspection of the vehicle I found an unexpected issue and they adjusted the price to allow me to get the issue addressed. The sales people were not pushy or high pressure. The guy whose job it was to present me the warranty did not pressure me when I said no. I expected to be there for hours, but the whole experience had minimal wait time and I was on the road earlier than I expected to be.

My first Subaru. This is the RS model in Desert Oasis Blue. It’s a dream to drive. Fully equipped and the pick up speed is amazing. I feel incredibly safe in this car. It’s so comfortable and the air conditioning keeps me comfortable inside.

The way car buying should be!

First things first... I view any car as a necessary evil.... I view them as something to get stuff from point A to point B. If I had My druthers I'd bicycle everywere but, since I live in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and as such we get a lot of snow and I can't. The Impreza fits the bill of what I need in a car. I have driven many cars in all kinds of conditions, the Impreza has never let me down. I'll admit it won't win most drag races but if you're looking for safety and reliability look no further. Mine is a lease and is the base model, but is chock full of great and useful features such as lane assist, hazard warning and my favorite adaptive cruise control (which brakes for you as the car in front of you slows down.) I had the first iteration of the Impreza in the nineties and that was good... This is awesome. Before I leased the Impreza I did due diligence by test driving Honda, Hyundai, Nissan and Toyota... The Impreza had most of the features I wanted at the price point that I wanted... Also the only manufacturer that offered AWD on the base model.

Edward W. was an incredible salesperson. He was kind, and truly showed concern for me as a customer and making sure that I was happy before I left the lot. He was honest with me when I asked questions, and did not take advantage of me, even though he had the power to do so. I highly recommend this dealership for your automotive needs.

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

I love my car. 5 speed with 20k miles. Ive put on another 100k. I have taken this little AWD car places most people dont drive their 4x4’s. But I am meticulous about maintenance. I’ve never had a single issue with anything other than a thermostat replacement and A/C recharge. With the manual I don’t have to worry about a crap cvt. The first clutch lasted 118,000 miles. The only issue was the trust bearing, the clutch was still good. You cant beat a manual AWD that gets 30+ mpg IMO. Take care of the car and it will take care of you.

Great car. Great Price. No complaints. Just the right size for me, mainly for visibility. I've upgraded to more bells and whistles than I had before. Love the backup screen for parking. Love the miles per gallon at 32. The car has great pickup - just what you need when you need it.

I purchased my car March 31 2024, and it has been the best car buying experience of my life!! I had visited another car dealership (Toyota) prior to coming to Sheehey Springfield. I am so glad I stopped that day!! Shabir Baba was so helpful, gave me lots of info, no hard sale, and showed me the bells and whistles on my new car. Shabir made it happen for me-the sale-no hard sale, very helpful, thoughtful and friendly. He asked questions to see what type of vehicle would suit me, (I chose the mid level imprezza sport). He Pointed out options to add (for service, extended contracts etc) if I wanted. Pointed out all the safety features. Boy have cars changed over the last 15 years! got the car mid 2023 as a gift. it’s my first car and honestly, it’s amazing. doesn’t have anything too flashy, but gets me from point a to b. she’s super spacious, though my heated seats sometimes don’t work. the ac does break sometimes, but i love how fast the take off speed is :)

My new Subaru wouldn't start. I drive it regularly, mix freeway, city traffic usual trips avg 15-25 miles. Found out that the battery was drained. Spoke to Farrish Subaru and was able to avoid a tow by finding that it would start and remaining running after using a battery pack to start it. Farrish, gave a me loaner, completely checked the error codes, charging system and replaced the battery with a new higher capacity Subaru battery and called me when it was completed. All covered under warranty. Had a good discussion with the Service Advisors and explanation of probable cause and the increased capacity battery.

I've had my 2019 Impreza Limited wagon for a little over three years now. In general, it's an excellent car for the price, with many safety and other features found only in cars costing much more. The Eyesight safety suite, Apple/Android Carplay, and Synchronized All Wheel Drive are the highlights. These are advanced systems but are easy to operate intuitively. Other nice features are driver visibility, quality fit and finish, and easy-to-see dash controls. It's a nice looking car but exterior styling is a little clunky. Other low points are a jerky CVT transmission, lower-than-estimated MPG (but still not bad) even with conservative driving, and very low front-end clearance. This is a sensible, not sporty car. If you want a zippy small car, this is not it. If you want an affordable AWD that's reliable, you can't do better.

June 2025: Enjoyed our seventh vehicle purchase from Sheehy Honda (since 2012) and we will keep coming back. Roxy and Gigi are incredibly helpful and thoughtful sales advisors. From start to finish, Roxy and Gigi facilitated fast, responsive customer-centered, service with helpful discounts, professional advice, buying strategies, and stellar recommendations. For financing, Farid is an excellent finance manager who helped us find the best possible rates, add-ons, perks, and even an unexpected car-prep surprise! Sheehy staff continued to be helpful even after the purchase, helping us search for some items we thought were left at the office. Also great: Steve from Service who helped with technical questions while we learned about our new vehicle. We will look forward to working with Roxy, Gigi, Farid, and Steve at Sheehy again. Highly recommend!

This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!

All staff was very nice, I think I was well taken-care of by Christian and the members that worked on my Forester's scheduled maintenance. I plan to return to Safford Brown Subaru for my next scheduled maintenance visit.

Jack was the service rep that I dealt with for this appointment. His service was top notch and very helpful. He communicated with me every step of the way. Will be happy to use Jack as my service rep in the future.

Eric was great, as usual. This was my 3rd new vehicle through him and I also sent a co-worker in who purchased too. The issue is not with the sales team, it’s with the finance dept. I am still waiting on resolution for an extended warranty I purchased with my new car last month. Shockingly the $$$mistake is in the dealers favor. 2 emails ghosted and no credit back to either my loan principal or my credit card. My suggestion is to just purchase the vehicle there and decline EVERYTHING the finance department offers then run out the door. Sales gets a 5, Finance dept 1 1/2. I will give them the rest of this week to keep up there end of the contract before I envolve corporate.
