I have 2 Outbacks which I purchased from Brilliance , very happy with the service of both vehicles. The service department is very competent and professional. This visit was no exception! Work was done on time and no issues after.

Replaced my 10 yr old Legacy as 2025 is the last model year. I loved my 2015 Legacy. Very reliable and no issues at all at 122k. Hoping for the same. The 2025 has some nice improvements. So far, so good!

Fairly new to Rohrman Schaumburg with a used Honda purchased elsewhere. So far so good. Convenient location and comfortable waiting room. If the wait is too long, have both been able to get a ride home and back, or receive a car to get around in the interim for longer waits. Service personnel have been great and Chris has already helped me on two separate occasions. Just be forewarned - 3% service charge for credit card usage.

Will R made sure I understood the warranty options and how to use all the features on the dash. He encouraged me to call or stop in if I had questions as I got settled in to my new Crosstrek. The 2021 Legacy is improved comfort riding, leg room, the dashboard is digitalized at greater extend. the Charcoal gray color is awesome, looks very elegant. I like the new wheel design and interior changes that add a luxury look that my 2019 did not have.

Great, friendly staff and fast service. Clean location. Had a maintenance plan, that I believe should have been long expired, but I still had a free oil change on it. They still honored it. Great customer service!
