Mo stayed late so I could test drive a truck on my way home from work, which I really appreciated. After the test drive, we arranged to come pick up the truck two days later, and when we arrived all paperwork was ready to go. We were in and out in a very short amount of time. Bought 2013 Legacy 2.5 premium in early 2014 with approximately 9k miles. Now has 88k and other than routine maintenance no other issues. It has been and remains one of the most reliable cars I have ever owned. That includes a few BMW’s and Mercedes. Great all year round especially in the winter. Will definitely consider another Subaru if this one ever xxxxxx. Hoping not

I took my Outback in for a recall and had to get my windshield replaced. The dealership not only replaced my windshield, but pulled a new 2022 Outback off their lot with literally 17 miles and gave me as my loaner until my car was repaired. The dealership provided daily updates with my repair progress. When my car was ready to be picked up, I was sick and kept the loaner for about one week- and was never harassed to bring the car back. Well done! However, it would have been exceptional service had the customer rep taken a few minutes when I returned to pick-up my car to greet me and ask how was the new loaner. That would have been a perfect project close-out!

We drove to Alexandria from NY to pick up our car after clinching all the details and pricing with Pete Bader by phone and text. Easiest, most pleasant and most straightforward car purchase we’ve ever made. It was a pleasure dealing with him, he worked with us every step of the way with no games and no unpleasant surprises. I was planning to buy a luxury brand and test drove the BMW 3 series, the Audi A4, and the Lexus ES300. I then, due to reviews on Consumer Reports, tested the Subaru Legacy in it's top form, the Touring XT with a 260 HP engine, and I was blown away. Almost as quick as the BMW but rode smoother and quieter. Not as smooth and quiet as the Lexus, but more fun to drive. The Audi seemed cramped and the dealer was a disappointment. The Legacy interior was the most attractive in my opinion, has 4 wheel drive, a great sound system, and ended up being my favorite of the 4 cars, regardless of price. When you consider how competitive (or better) the Legacy is compared to the other 3 cars, and that I saved $13,000 on the price, it was a no brainer. It's really sad the Legacy is being discontinue, but all my comments also apply to the Outback Touring XT. The Legacy is a great car at a bargain price.

Bought the Legacy Touring XT model. Previously owned Lexus and Infinitis, and this is a good or better than those cars. Smooth handling and responsive engine/ride. Dashboard is easier to use than expected. Nice connection to Airplay. Speakers are great. Safety systems are very good. Leather is luxurious. I would never have selected this car if I didn't already own a Forrester, which is also well built. I feel like I bought a luxury car for a 15K discount if not more

My third Subaru and like the others is attractive and roomy enough to fit 5. I've hauled 8ft boards inside with the doors/trunk closed (only an Outback would hold more). The (now sadly discontinued) 6-cyl engine has about 51000 miles now and is smooth and sounds better than a four. Fuel economy is decent and, on regular gas, averages in the low 20s. It has all the 'nannies' which make driving safer for me. I just love looking at my car which is important to me. This one's a keeper!
