I love my 2012 Lacrosse and will not take her to any other dealer for service. My appointments are always on time, the explanation of necessary services is clearly explained and the staff is quite pleasant and informative. I've purchased all of my Buicks from Lambert since 2001. There is no better dealership or service department. Thanks Mr. Lambert and staff.

Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have

2023 Subaru Outback Limited XT. A great station wagon (it’s not really a SUV). Comfortable leather seats, smooth ride and extremely quick with the turbo. If you don’t need seating for eight, you have no need for the Ascent. Same engine and cargo capacity and ground clearance, lower to the ground, faster, better handling and several thousand dollars cheaper. Standard all wheel drive. Full safety suite. 11.6” infotainment system is really closer to 8” as the climate control takes the additional 3.6”. The Harmon Kardon sound system will blow your doors off. Good in car navigation. Wireless Apple Car Play and Android Auto. Hands free tailgate. 0-60 in 5.8 on regular gas. Standard roof rails. Even has heated outboard rear seats. If you’re considering a midsize or smaller SUV you owe it to yourself to drive this first.

Nothing to say negative. Outstanding dealership and service. Service writers aways welcome you and ask if there are any other needs. Your mechanics are great and do a great job.

The Touring XT has all the bells and whistles of a luxury SUV for a lower price point. The extra turbo thrust is impressive! It has a very comfortable ride for long trips.

I traded in my 2015 Outback and am now one month into driving my 2023 vehicle which I quite like. But I have a serious complaint about the new headlight system Subaru is using. I drive many unlit country roads that have quite a few short but somewhat steep hills. When heading on a flat the low beam lights do an okay, not great but okay, job of illuminating the road in front (the2015 was better). But when heading downhill, the line of decmarcation between the lit and unlit field of vision area often does not seem to extend far enough forward to allow me to see even 25 yards ahead. When traveling at 35 or 40 mph, I find this dangerous and unnerving. While driving 35 mph downhill on a 40 or 50 yard stretch of the road on 2/18/23 I was unable to see far enough forward and therefore slow down in time before hitting a cat. Additionally, the display screen requires me to take my eyes off the road far too often to see what control I might be touching, be that a temperature control, a radio station, or something else. Those things not withstanding I like the car.

It’s a great car! The interior is very nice and easy to use, the car looks amazing, it heats up quick and handles great! Also lots of cargo space and plenty of space for your passengers…highly recommend the 2023 suburu outback

Great sale experience and customer service. A little concerned about size of service center

This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Don Sitts automotive and just like before the entire experience was excellent. I inquired about a vehicle last Tuesday online and was quickly responded to from sales agent Todd. My questions were quickly answered as he confirmed the cars I inquired about were available. I advised Todd of my availability for Wednesday and was very accommodating. I test drove the vehicle I thought I wasn’t going to get and I was unsure. Todd then showed me the second vehicle I inquired about the next day (Thursday). The entire time Todd was very patient and professional! At no point did I ever feel rushed or being pursued to purchase a car. Ultimately I selected my vehicle a one owner extremely well taken care of 2022 Ford F-150. Just like my previous purchase 3 years ago, the vehicle selection at Don Sitts is always top notch. You can tell the dealership pays great attention to the vehicles they purchase to sell. Pleasant experience. I was with her, but my 18 year old daughter was actually doing the buying. The salesman "Will" treated her like any older customer, asking what she was looking for and listening to her. He did take the time to explain to her things about financing that most 18 year old people would not know. I was glad to see them talking to her and not to me (Dad). They were able to get her financing for here very nice, pre-owned car. The interest rated of course was a bit high, but I told her to build her credit for another year or so and refinance for a better rate. Unlike some other dealers, I was able to negotiate a bit on price, but it was the best price within 200 miles on that vehicle. I drove almost 2 hours to get there, but felt it was well worth it. I'd recommend them to my friends.

My service guy Jason is the best and I am not just saying that. He is knowledgeable and answers all my questions. Above all he treats me with kindness and respect and that goes along way in my book?
