Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have

2023 Subaru Outback Limited XT. A great station wagon (it’s not really a SUV). Comfortable leather seats, smooth ride and extremely quick with the turbo. If you don’t need seating for eight, you have no need for the Ascent. Same engine and cargo capacity and ground clearance, lower to the ground, faster, better handling and several thousand dollars cheaper. Standard all wheel drive. Full safety suite. 11.6” infotainment system is really closer to 8” as the climate control takes the additional 3.6”. The Harmon Kardon sound system will blow your doors off. Good in car navigation. Wireless Apple Car Play and Android Auto. Hands free tailgate. 0-60 in 5.8 on regular gas. Standard roof rails. Even has heated outboard rear seats. If you’re considering a midsize or smaller SUV you owe it to yourself to drive this first.

The Touring XT has all the bells and whistles of a luxury SUV for a lower price point. The extra turbo thrust is impressive! It has a very comfortable ride for long trips.

I traded in my 2015 Outback and am now one month into driving my 2023 vehicle which I quite like. But I have a serious complaint about the new headlight system Subaru is using. I drive many unlit country roads that have quite a few short but somewhat steep hills. When heading on a flat the low beam lights do an okay, not great but okay, job of illuminating the road in front (the2015 was better). But when heading downhill, the line of decmarcation between the lit and unlit field of vision area often does not seem to extend far enough forward to allow me to see even 25 yards ahead. When traveling at 35 or 40 mph, I find this dangerous and unnerving. While driving 35 mph downhill on a 40 or 50 yard stretch of the road on 2/18/23 I was unable to see far enough forward and therefore slow down in time before hitting a cat. Additionally, the display screen requires me to take my eyes off the road far too often to see what control I might be touching, be that a temperature control, a radio station, or something else. Those things not withstanding I like the car.

I received exceptional service from Sheehy. Shabir was my sales associate and led me through the process without a hitch. I told him what I was looking for and he delivered without any tricks or gimmicks. The entire dealership was helpful, pleasant and offered efficient service. As a woman buying a car, the fact that they were respectful was very important to me. I had gone to another dealership but didn't get the same tone. The manager at Sheehy was knowledgeable and understood how to close a deal.

It’s a great car! The interior is very nice and easy to use, the car looks amazing, it heats up quick and handles great! Also lots of cargo space and plenty of space for your passengers…highly recommend the 2023 suburu outback

Kim is great and does her best to make things happen. But there are others that make buying a car a bad experience and ray ? Is one I will never get a car from someone with that kind of attitude. But the car dealership is great and the cars are really nice. I was hoping on getting a challenger from them but I couldn't deal with certain people so I am looking elsewhere. My wife and I were considering a Subaru Forester Touring model. Our salesman answered all our questions and met all our requests which included having him drive us in the Forester over rough roads at some speed and again at slow speeds in stop and go traffic. He also arranged to meet our request to have the car for 24 hours so we could drive it on the highway and on Capitol Hill were we live. We can also report that the finance department was efficient and quick to provide us with pricing. Beyer's price and financing were very competitive. Finally, the facility itself is clean, spacious and modern. All together, a very pleasant shopping experience. Our salesman was Vesko Pashpurov. He was great. We have yet to decide whether or not to purchase the Forester or the Crosstrek.

Today I had my 2014 Lexus ES 350 Mark Jacobson package serviced for the 80,000 mile checkup. Today my mechanic Camaou surprised me with a video of the work he was performing on my car. I took my Outback in for a recall and had to get my windshield replaced. The dealership not only replaced my windshield, but pulled a new 2022 Outback off their lot with literally 17 miles and gave me as my loaner until my car was repaired. The dealership provided daily updates with my repair progress. When my car was ready to be picked up, I was sick and kept the loaner for about one week- and was never harassed to bring the car back. Well done! However, it would have been exceptional service had the customer rep taken a few minutes when I returned to pick-up my car to greet me and ask how was the new loaner. That would have been a perfect project close-out!

New dealership looks great. They needed a bigger space. Did not really take to the person that assisted me. She was indifferent and was kind of a fast talker and a mumbler. Very dry personality. Love the new look and do enjoy a few of the people that work there but this experience was meh!!!

Bryce Do was very helpful, and patient with me during our 7 month interaction between me starting to think about replacing my old truck, and finally, last minute, like phone call, "I'm on the way!" at 5 pm on a holiday. He showed me the vehicles I was considering and showed me how the features worked. The only detraction from my experience was in the finance department where they didn't honor the price on the website, and I paid more than I expected to when going in.
