Mission Viejo Kia was great. Mike was awesome and got me in the Kia Forte that I wanted. He was super helpful going over everything with me. I was never pressured in getting anything I didn't want. Going through the process of buying a new car can be stressful but I didn't feel that here. I appreciated their help.

Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have

2023 Subaru Outback Limited XT. A great station wagon (it’s not really a SUV). Comfortable leather seats, smooth ride and extremely quick with the turbo. If you don’t need seating for eight, you have no need for the Ascent. Same engine and cargo capacity and ground clearance, lower to the ground, faster, better handling and several thousand dollars cheaper. Standard all wheel drive. Full safety suite. 11.6” infotainment system is really closer to 8” as the climate control takes the additional 3.6”. The Harmon Kardon sound system will blow your doors off. Good in car navigation. Wireless Apple Car Play and Android Auto. Hands free tailgate. 0-60 in 5.8 on regular gas. Standard roof rails. Even has heated outboard rear seats. If you’re considering a midsize or smaller SUV you owe it to yourself to drive this first.

I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

The Touring XT has all the bells and whistles of a luxury SUV for a lower price point. The extra turbo thrust is impressive! It has a very comfortable ride for long trips.

I traded in my 2015 Outback and am now one month into driving my 2023 vehicle which I quite like. But I have a serious complaint about the new headlight system Subaru is using. I drive many unlit country roads that have quite a few short but somewhat steep hills. When heading on a flat the low beam lights do an okay, not great but okay, job of illuminating the road in front (the2015 was better). But when heading downhill, the line of decmarcation between the lit and unlit field of vision area often does not seem to extend far enough forward to allow me to see even 25 yards ahead. When traveling at 35 or 40 mph, I find this dangerous and unnerving. While driving 35 mph downhill on a 40 or 50 yard stretch of the road on 2/18/23 I was unable to see far enough forward and therefore slow down in time before hitting a cat. Additionally, the display screen requires me to take my eyes off the road far too often to see what control I might be touching, be that a temperature control, a radio station, or something else. Those things not withstanding I like the car.

I do all my service here. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with coupon savings, too.

It’s a great car! The interior is very nice and easy to use, the car looks amazing, it heats up quick and handles great! Also lots of cargo space and plenty of space for your passengers…highly recommend the 2023 suburu outback

My wife and I went in to buy a new car. Favian Frias and Edwin Lugo helped us. It was a great experience. Service was completed much quicker than expected. My concerns were noted and one was addressed. The other they did try to recreate but we’re unable to at this visit.

Love this place , love the service, love how fast my process was to get into my M4 .best dealer I’ve ever made business, super polite , humble and very respectful, they even car washed the vehicle, man come one I was like whatttt!!! Do they send Infiniti service advisor to Japan for training? My service advisor was polite and very customer oriented. I was sitting in service waiting area. When Mr. Ortiz came to inform me about updates, I was ready get up from chair to talk to him. He came and knelt? down then explained to me about current status. Wow, I thought that was very cool and definitely customer oriented action. That moment I was thinking about buying another Infiniti next time.

I couldn't be happier to not find the car I was looking for but the service from the staff at this dealership. They were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The buying process went so smooth.

I recently financed a Toyota tacoma after a month of looking for a work truck. I wasn’t sure what truck I wanted. I just knew I was looking for a work truck. Everyone here was so helpful and kind. I was also looking for a affordable payment and they helped me get a monthly payment i am comfortable with. They even called my bank and made it possible to lower our monthly payment even more ! Excellent job for regular maintenance of my car. The service desk knew exactly what was needed and explain the nature and time frame. I was asked if I would like a complimentary car wash which was great. In the past I did not know if this was standard. It was nice to be asked.

We did a lot of research about Subarus before visiting the dealer. We wondered if we were in the right place because the lot was empty. Kent Chhin answered our questions and was very patient with us while we were deciding to purchase. We were able to order everything we wanted and it took about two months to arrive. Kent kept us in the loop the entire time and we got exactly what we ordered. Highly recommend a visit to Orange Coast when you are ready to buy. Just give yourself enough time to order!

This place is amazing! I first contacted another Subaru, and the receptionist listened and said a service rep would call me. We kept getting a warning light, which had us pulling off the freeway each time, and waiting until the light went off. Not particularly safe! After no response, I called Orange Coast, talked directly to the service manager who told me to come in, even without an appt, as the car needed attention. Steve Anderson figured out the problem, fit us in, and even found that the problem was covered under warranty. As I waited in their comfortable and welcoming customer lounge, I listened to the other customers talking to their service reps. It was evident that the different reps were universally well liked, and all the customers were really pleased with the work that was being done on their cars. As an out of town visitor stuck with car trouble, I am totally grateful that my car is fixed and safe for my long trip home. If I lived closer, this would be my trusted, go to service dealer!
