New and used 2026 Subaru Outback Premium for sale near Berthoud, CO

Rich, Len and Todd made the buying process informative, professional and courteous. We found the Subaru we wanted; it had just come in from shipment and the car was ready at the appointed time the next day for delivery. Rich walked us through the paperwork process with ease; Len did a great job pointing out the specifics of the vehicle from the technical perspective and Todd made the final paperwork process smooth and respectful. This is my fifth new Subaru and my third Outback Touring XT. The improvements are across the board. The new system’s software and infotainment screen are major improvements along with the hvac controls all moved to buttons below the screen. The all digital driver’s screen is configurable and quite attractive and useful. The Outback is extremely quiet, the turbo engine very responsive and overall the vehicle feels more solid/substantial compared to the previous Outbacks.

Very friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Comfortable waiting area. I pick the Greeley location over other Subaru dealers in NOCO because of the friendly staff.

Matt Carlson was the best! He was able to get me into the vehicle I wanted at an affordable price. He was straight forward and sincere. The whole transaction took 2 hours. Amazing!

One of the best dealership buying experiences I have had. They said they would have the paperwork ready when I came in and they actually did. Was able to do a lot over the phone so the time spent in finance was minimal no waiting. The Sales person started the process of going over the car while we waited for the genius to finish with his prior client so I had no down time. We bought our Subaru Outback yesterday from Chris Taylor at Dellenbach Subaru in Fort Collins. It was the easiest car buying process I have ever had. I contacted him to set up a meeting to talk about what kind of car I was looking at (new, used) narrowed my choices between Outback or Forester and from there made a decision on the Outback. Chris was extremely helpful, very patient during my 500 questions and had a great attitude the whole time. I would say the entire experience was refreshing from your "average" car buying extravaganza where you feel smothered by the sales person who is trying to sell you everything under the sun. This was different, it was smooth sailing, never felt hassled at any point and even though I went back and forth to the dealership 3 times before I bought anything they treated me extremely well from the second I walked through the door until I drove away in my new Outback. Not only was my sales experience excellent but Subaru's in general are really excellent car's so that helps when trying to make a decision. If you are looking to buy a new or use Subaru I would save yourself the trouble of looking else ware and give Chris Taylor a call.

This was a great dealership to work with. They were very responsive to inquiries and were very upfront with expectations (including handling fees). The only reason I did not buy is the car I test drove felt really small compared to other test drive experiences. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend working with this dealership in the future

I started out looking for a late model used Impreza. Chris in sales was very attentive and helpful, but not at all high pressure. I wound up buying new, as there were plenty of financial advantages. Chris made the whole process very easy and quick. He even arranged to have an after market item installed on my car before I took final possession. A lovely experience all the way around.

Tyler did a great job getting me in and out quickly. Very professional and friendly. Answered my questions and overall was a good experience. I will return when needed.

Required service The service was performed in a timely manner and they also washed the car ? The waiting area was clean and coffee was provided as well as snacks

We found ourselves needing a new car after being involved in a wreck that totaled our car. I am firmly a Toyota person and played along when my husband wanted to check out Subarus. I begrudgingly went to the dealership, bracing for a hard sell. It was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Very chill and no pressure. We initially talked to Rusty who was very kind and responsive. Ultimately we worked with Frank who was also really terrific. Quick but not rushed, kind and respectful and not over the top, knowledgeable by personal experiences. Also, shout out to the finance guy, Todd. he was wonderful too. I love the forester we bought and can happily attest to having a great experience with everyone there. I rarely recommend or even fill out reviews, but I do recommend them and here I am filling out a review.

Service Director Patrick Pallotto was of great help getting my Ascent windshield calibrated after an independent glass shop my insurance company steered me to messed up the new installation. He and Mike Shaw Subaru went above and beyond to get my car back to full function!
